Horrible customer service.Rude. Rude. Rude.Everyone tells you something different.Was told monthly supplies could be sent. They cannot. Have to miss work to pick up. The manager said they could be.

I had a great experience with the 5 employees that I dealt with. I was very skeptical about having to pick up my order here, after reading the reviews. But staff actually went above and beyond to help me. I was originally going to pick up something for my son. Since I was there on regular crutches and I was having trouble with them, I asked a few questions regarding other crutches. They were very helpful answering my aquestions regarding the insurance also. Then they offered to have someone fit me for the crutches that I got somewhere else, to see if that helped me. I'd definitely go back again.

Went to this place because my doctor recommended it to me and I would never go to this place again they tried to give me used equipment and bill my insurance company has it was new. The staff was very unprofessional know where to park and is located in a tiny little space in a large building.

I wish i could give NO stars!!! I was told on the phone i could come and pick up my breast pump today mind you i drove over 30 minutes to get there. I get there to pick up my pump and i was told by Julia that i needed a prescription in order to receive my pump. Although i spoke with Julia and i was told everything was sorted out the day before never informed they still needed a prescription because how would you get it approved through insurance with no prescription? She then leaves with the pump and goes towards the back office and leaves me to figure it out on my own THATS IT NOT ANOTHER WORD about it. I had to ask the woman at the front desk to go get her because that is not how you handle these situations to just walk away SMH. I informed her once again “my prescription was faxed by my doctors office Monday and she was informed this on the previous phone call otherwise how would she have my information already when i called???” Stating she was waiting on the doctors office to return call for demographics which i then proceeded to give on the phone. She goes to check like she should’ve in the first place and found the prescription. There was no effort to helping a customer out she was very RUDE and IGNORANT! If i could i would have found another supplier through my insurance but i assure you i will NEVER return here.

Worst Oxygen supply company. In 2 days I had to have my concentrator replaced 3 times because it wasn't working properly. My cpap machine also didn't work correctly. Customer service was horrible. I would never recommend them to absolutely anyone.

I wanted to switch companies for my cpap supplies and this company was in my insurance. Nice people but not sure if they know what they're doing. They do not follow up on things. It took 2.5 months to get set up in their system and now 3mos later, still no supplies. I had to actually pay for my supplies in Dec. This experience has made me have some serious doubts about them. It should not take this long to even get set up.

I received formula for my daughter since WIC was not able to assist me. I received outstanding service! I loved it. They worked really well with what we needed and how much we needed. Thank you!

Rude and incompetent. Gave me incorrect information on multiple occasions, clearly didn't care one bit about my business or health for that matter. The degree of misinformation they gave me was shocking.

Nice enough people, but they really don't know what they're doing. Don't expect to get any technical answers from them. I was told to contact the manufacturer for questions. Basically they want to sell you stuff and leave them alone. Typical DME in it for the money.
