Broke down on the interstate. These guys came to tow. Lots of people are capable, but I thought these guys were exceptional. Not just how they got it done but the overall professionalism start to finish including when I came to pick up my vehicle from their lot.

Nice state trooper requested for a tow from Double T although took a hour give or take. (Already 12-1pm) Then I got dropped off at the gas station and waited for my ride. Even an hour after towing me I can’t pick up my car to tow and wait until Monday. Im completely fine paying for the towing fee and such. Forcing me to pay for two overnights till Monday? Even though the situation is out of my control and JUST HAPPENED?Stay away. I have no issue with the person who towed or answer the phone but it’s absolutely scummyServices: Special vehicle towing

I had a terrible experience with Double T Towing Recovery and would never recommend their services to anyone. My dealership was in need of their services but was shocked to find out that they refused to assist us with no apparent reason.Their customer service representative was unprofessional and refused to give me any explanation as to why they were declining our request for their services.As a company, we expect to be treated with respect and given a valid reason for any refusal of services. Double T owing Recovery Tow Truck Company failed to provide us with either and as a result, I would strongly caution others against using their services. They are unreliable, unprofessional and clearly lack any sense of customer service or compassion. If you're looking for reliable and trustworthy tow truck services, look elsewhere and steer clear of them. Fortunately we were able to find another tow company that was willing to assist us the same day for a lot less money.Service: Special vehicle towing

Customer derived is terrible and very unprofessional, they only take one form of payment even if you have lawyers working with you. Won’t tow anything to your house, and make up lies about the condition of your car. Charge a ridiculous amount a day for storage, and are not helpful in any way no matter how hard you try.

We had an unfortunate car accident on Christmas Eve where we were more than 10 hours from home, Tom came out to us on the tollway and not only towed us back, but kindly stopped at a gas station so I could get my kids a snack, and then let us hang out in his shop until we were able to find a rental vehicle and a Lyft on a holiday. He had family things to do but stayed and accommodated us. Then, after all of that, helped us by finding other services to attempt to make our wrecked car situation easier since we were out of state. We could not be more grateful for his kindness and hospitality! Thank you again, Tom!!Services: Car towing

We were traveling through the area on a cross country road trip when we noticed smoke coming from our car. We eventually were put in touch with Double T towing and they came to our rescue. Brad was beyond helpful, extremely professional and made us feel safe and comfortable during our worrisome adventure. We cannot thank him enough for his assistance with towing our vehicle. My almost two year old was mesmerized by the tow truck which helped keep him occupied. We are beyond thankful for Brad at Double T Towing and would recommend them to anyone in need of a tow!Service: Car towing

Amazing experience, great staff, and awesome communication from staff.Went out of their way to make sure there was a place for my empty trailer. And, they picked me up at the hotel/motel to complete the job, on both ends.Will ABSOLUTELY use their service whenever I'm in the area and need a tow.

Very over priced crooks! Hit a pot hole on 90W blew 2 tires out July 3rd. 200 tow bill and 100 storage fee even though they were not available July 4th. Crooks! Nasty business.Service: Car towing

Cop helps me off highway because my car broke down. This company towed me up the street to there shop and not to my destination. I give them my contact information and address. I attempt to call with no luck. When i do get a response they are charging me $2000 for my $500 car to be released. That is not inclusing the tow i originally needed. They they want to charge me for them sending paperwork to the state to send a letter to owner stating to pick up my car. Yet told me they dont call customer unless insurance company needs to contact them. I dont understand. They could have just called me. Also they clame to be 24h online but told me the office closes at 4:30pm Monday thru Friday and will have to call next time.
