Great employees, if you request something they don't have, they write it down and get it to management right away, or asks the owners if they happen to be there at the moment.
Who in turn get an answer to you the next time you come in. Sometimes they try to get what you want in, but sometimes it's something they have tried selling before and it just took to long to move it.
