management is terrible. manager that fired me isn’t even old enough to sell cigarettes. she drinks on the job and takes thc edibles. they steal from the cooler and leave half open drinks to spills and make sticky. they are all around ran terribly. will be surprised if they can keep anyone around anymore. the “manager” was talking terribly about me to someone outside while my ride was waiting for me. do not visit here unless u enjoy being disrespected by morning staff

False advertising, they’ll list an item for sale, but then when you bring it up to the counter they will refuse to honor the price. Even if you show them the product and the price listed in their own store, they’ll still make up some excuse like “our system won’t accept it for some reason” to get out of honoring their own price. No other 7/11 I’ve ever been to has acted like this, and it has happened multiple times now. I like 7/11 but that is bad business practices.

the owner is weird and told me to take my mask down bc she “couldn’t hear me” and then proceeded to tell me & my friends we don’t have to wear masks in the store if we don’t want to . she is very weird.

For those who follow science and care about masks, this place has a sign to wear masks but I have seen owner and now 3 times customers not wearing masks in store.Coffee has been burnt the last 2 times I have been in to get coffee.

Your employees don't wear masks. I've never seen one of them wash their hands before handling food or drinks.And the one women I've seen at both locations, Karen, is the absolute worst. Shes so rude and unfriendly. I watched her refuse to cash several peoples lottery tickets, turned people away who were purchasing items because she "didn't have any money in her drawer".Definitely going to be driving down the street to Family Express and giving them my business every time shes working.

This is my favorite convince store. 7-Eleven is one stop shop. They make good Slurpee. Their coffee are always fresh and ready, and kept hot. They have very good sandwich. Make sure you download 7-Eleven app because after 6 stars your 7th cup will be free. Just show the cashier a barcode on the app on the phone. I wish this 7-Eleven will serve pizza and other hot food but have go to another 7-Eleven on 45th Street & Broad Street (1 stop light over) to get pizza and other hot foods. I come every few days. 4 stars.
