I won’t be going back here anymore .i live not too far off . But I usually make a midnight trip to buy a slushee some snacks & such . The guy who worked midnight shift until the morning , screamed at me last night over a slushee & apparently he was rude to a few other customers as it’s posted in the Griffith page. He’s rude. & half the time he’s sleeping on the job with headphones in his ear. How they haven’t been robbed with these workers? I’m shocked. But apparently he’s the son of the owner and had multiple calls in about his ignorance. So explains why he’s still there. After him yelling at me in front of my son over a slushee , he’s lucky I didn’t yell right back at . Worst customer service

If you are black, don't even bother. They seem very racist and this has been on MULTIPLE occasions, and today is the day that I WILL NOT patronize this place anymore. The disrespectful lady put my paper dollars, loose change, and receipt on the counter instead of handing me my money in my hand like I gave it to her originally. Like...seriously. As if I'm some disease or something. I really missed the old 7-Eleven family that was here and was slightly disappointed when I seen them slowly fading out. I am done with this place.

If you are black,don't even bother spending your money here. I walked in and went to the candy section. The racist guy came from behind counter and stood there and watched me as I texted on my phone. I looked up and acknowledged him. He than asked if I needed help. I said no and asked if he needed help. He said no and walked over to the next aisle where he was peaking over to watch me. My white coworker came in with me and he did not bat an I at him.

Since this 7-11 was sold and is now run by new owners..the quality of customer service has went to shit. Especially overnight. From the workers trying to double and triple charge and then getting upset over the fact you called them on it to standing in the store for 5 minutes or more waiting for anyone to come out and ring the customers up. Not people friendly at all..more than one worker. Not just one. Not recommended

Convenient and has the things I need when I don't want to goto Stracks or Meijer. Plus, the folks that work there are 90% polite...on the off chance someone isn't polite, it generally doesn't have anything to do with me, or any other customer.. you never know what someone else is going through.

Every single time I come into this 7-ELEVEN there is this Caucasian, medium height, grey haired lady with glasses that is just ridiculous to interact with. She's always complaining about something to whoever will listen and provides the most disingenuous customer service as well. She's been here for years and it seems like not enough people have complained about her rude sometimes obnoxious attitude. Please send her to customer service training asap!

We live in this neighborhood and my husband went in to buy some energy drinks. I am a “member” he is not. He asked an associate about hot foods they had.. how much? She said 1$ if ur a member.. he said I’m not so how much for me?…. She rudely didn’t tell him the cost with him not being a member. So he asked again.. So since I’m not a “member” how much would they be? She STILL DIDNT ANSWER! Then starts tossing his cans into his bag!!! He says.. “ seems like u have an attitude” she says.. “U offended me!” Him “how did I offend u? By asking the price of that item since I’m not a “member”… how did that offend u?” She is steadily throwing his items in the bag being ignorant! I will NEVER go back to that store. If she can’t handle her job or answering store related questions then she needs a different job! Rude. This was Tuesday 7/5/22 around 4pm. Younger girl, short to average height with glasses. I’m sure she’ll turn away more customers if she hasn’t already.
