“Greenwood location: The store had what I was looking for except I wanted a 16 inch heavy rope chain. They were able to cut the 24 inch chain to make it 16 inches and also was able to make an 8 inch matching bracelet. The price was very close to what I was hoping to spend. I am VERY pleased with the results. Their jewelers did a fantastic job! The best part of the entire experience was working with Kialey!! She was more than just helpful. She was knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. She was able to assist with getting exactly what I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. She is a great asset to the company!
