I would not recommend this store for a pickup order. I am giving them one star because that is the lowest I could give. After almost 48 hours my order was still marked “in process”. I called the store where they informed me it was ready and I would just need to call them when I arrived. It is now 4 days since my initial order was placed and it still shows at “in process” on my account. I called the store twice as I had used Walgreens cash and was going to receive some back. The first time I called the phone was hung up on me. I then spoke with someone at corporate who told me the order showed “in process” and that they could not fix it on their end and it would need to be handled in store. I then called the store back and spoke to employee named Robert who told me there was nothing he could do and didn’t know what corporate expected him to do. I then called corporate back that once again informed me it was something on the store end that needed to be done. I called corporate back later and spoke to a different representative that ended up just giving me my Walgreens cash cause they could see how this was never going to be resolved and I was being given the run around. I was dissatisfied in the service that I received and the fact that I had to act as the middle person between a store and their corporate which was a glitch or issue within their own company and nothing on my part. I wasted a couple hours trying to get this issue resolved. Had I known it would be such a hassle I would have taken my business elsewhere. I will not be back. You lost a loyal customer. Let this be a lesson to either train your staff better or develop a means for better communicate between your store and corporate.

This location has never given me troubles until recently. They said unless i picked up one medication i had to pick up all of mine i had called in, and i should be allowed to have the freedom to chose what i want to pick up. This is how they treat you when youve been a customer for a long time i think its time for a new pharmacy

Slow to fill prescriptions; unlikely to be of help with prior authorizations and refill-followups.Poorly stocked. Expect to return multiple times to receive your entire prescription.Prices used to be competitive; now, they are mid-to high-range.Used to be the best; not anymore by a long shot.Staff is surly; they also ignore requests they don’t want to perform (like shipping a remainder of your prescription due instead of making you drive all the way back).

Very slow, takes forever to get prescriptions. Walgreens must not be able to afford more help even though their prices in other part of store us 2 to 4 times more expensive then other stores

Picked up my Walgreens pickup order. It was quick and easy. Just make sure to bring your ID.

Cards! You need card? They've got all the cards you could ever need, my friend! Graduation, anniversary, birthdays, valentines day, an cd all the other holidays. Some of the cards are described as "funny" but they really aren't, so I'm pretty sure that's actually the joke. Haha, got ya! They also have other stuff to buy and a pharmacy, I'm told.

Best Pharmacy, Fed Ex, Convenience store there is!Their selection is awesome and great place for last minute gifts, cards, sport supplements and vitamins.They even have a great selection are perfumes and colognes.

Don't bother scheduling your vaccines here. Appointment times don't matter. People with appointments after you can show up early and register in front of you to jump the line.

Managers refusal to accept properly labeled FedEx SmartPost packages under 35LBS is extremely unacceptable.If you are looking for a FedEx Ship Site, this is not the one. They’re unwilling and uneducated about how to do it (scanning a label).If you are looking for another FedEx Ship Site the Walgreens on Madison Ave & Countyline are more than willing to accept your packages as long as you have already labeled them. They will soon no longer be able to print them for you.All that being said 10 out of 10 do not recommend this Ship Site.

Awful Pharmacy. Insurance urged my to switch from CVS as would be cheaper..it's not. RXs never ready have to return 3 or 4 times. Pharmacy closed not only on holidays but the day before holiday. Now Pharmacy closed because short staffed. I need my heart meds. What a circus!

The pharmacist is extremely rude and yes we know you are busy but your customer service is awful. I am so happy I left Walgreens! I see they are closed on Thursday this week.
