This location has never given me troubles until recently. They said unless i picked up one medication i had to pick up all of mine i had called in, and i should be allowed to have the freedom to chose what i want to pick up. This is how they treat you when youve been a customer for a long time i think its time for a new pharmacy

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy a lady with a long black black hair , they lost my business y will never go back there and I would recommend everybody not to go there. She didn't even care , hopefully she starts caring more when she looses her job.

Fiancé called in her prescriptions this morning at 10:30a. They told us it would be ready at 2:30p. Went to go pick it up for her and tech tells me nothing has been put in to be filled. Then says it might be too early to fill and has to check…waited in lobby; 20 mins later scripts are filled! This has happened regularly now and we don’t understand why. *1) Why does it take 4 hours? *2) Why 4 hours later when I get there they tell me it was never put in to be filled? This is unprofessional and negligent behavior and needs to be addressed with staff. Please and thank you.

We have given up on Walgreens. We have moved all our Rx to the Kroger down the street. Pity, we've used Walgreens for years.

Had been trying to pick up a new prescription that the hospital has called in for me on Friday. Only to find out on Sunday that they did not have a pharmacist on staff all weekend. No note at the drive throught, no message in their outgoing phone message, no note at the front door by the pharmacy hours. Had to go to the inside to find a small note at the pharmacy gate. App constantly told me my order is beeing processed. We ended pulling the prescription from this location to another pharmacy. Looking for another pharmacy for sure. This was not the first time that this location had issues recently.

What is going on with this pharmacy? The hours change every other day. I try and refill prescriptions and they get stuck in processing for days and days. They completely refilled one script wrong- supposed to be 30 10mg tablets, I got 30 tablets, 20 of which were 10 mg and 10 of which were 5mg. That wouldn't be so bad, except that only gave me 25 days worth! No one even told me when I picked them up. You cant get through on the phone unless you hold for over 20 min, and the lines take 30-40 min in drive through and in store- no matter what time of day you go. It didn't used to be like this!! As soon as my refills run out I'm changing. This isn't a one time thing. Ive been without pills I'm not allowed to stop taking for multiple days on multiple occasions over the last 6 months. I'm over it. People can die from this.

Worst Pharmacy customer service I've ever experienced. Opening and Closing times change frequently and never are as published. I was told the Pharmacist has discretion on when they will be opened or closed on a daily basis. I came to pick up a Rx for my elderly father the day of his surgery and they closed the pharmacy well before the posted 630pm closing time (website still says 9pm closing time). I asked politely but was met with nothing but hostility. Truly despicable behavior from a so called "Family Pharmacy". I will never return to any Walgreens location and will advise any Veterans to avoid at all costs. Disgusting is an under statement.

Absolute worst pharmacy. Ever. I've been told the past 2 days I've gone that my prescription would be ready in 30 minutes to an hour. Which is FINE! But I've gone back every time after the designated amount of time they told me, and they told me to check back tomorrow. I went there today and they said the same thing, that it would be ready in 30 minutes. I went back 30 minutes later and they told me it was OUT OF STOCK and not available until next week. Do not send your prescriptions here.

came here at 7:02 am and the doors were still locked, yet as an employee walked in at 7:01 unlocked it to let herself in, but then locked it when she got in.

Scheduled a flu shot for 1/1/2021 at 10:30 am and when I arrived, the pharmacy was closed. While I understand it's a holiday, why was I able to schedule an appointment? The photo counter associate was extremely rude when I acquired if the pharmacy was open. Please update the appointment scheduling technology to match store hours.

Always have my prescriptions ready pretty quickly, quick about opening a register when there are a lot of people in line, like that they section their sugar free candy together.
