Constantly late on filling scripts. Still have my number incorrectly in their system. NEVER answer the phone. You'll set on hold for 15 mins just for them to hang up on you. The automated phone system is WORTHLESS, just tells you the script is processing but gives NO information on when it will be ready. I have scripts on auto refill that NEVER get refilled on time. Wont give my wife the meds for whatever ridiculous reason/excuse. Go to a different pharm and save yourself massive headaches.

Online order pick up took 30 minutes after it said it was ready on the app, it was a total of 4 items. Awful customer service with one employee over and over. Most employees here are fine, but this one employee seems to be working every time and makes the experience much worse.

Chloe was amazing. She was dealing with an incredibly rude customer frustrated with a return, but she handled it amazingly. A real professional. Even when her manager (Cody) left her to deal with the customer as he hid in the back, she handled it perfectly. Absolutely incredible. Thank you, Chloe.

Yet again I am reminded that this place is so much better than it's competitor across the street. Got us in expeditiously, got the shot we needed, records we needed, etc. Shout out to the tech Daniel. Guy was a pro. Way better than the rude techs at CVS.

I made an appointment for 5 family members to receive the Flu vaccine. Despite receiving confirmations for all 5, only 3 were on the schedule. After waiting 35 minutes, filling out the same paperwork I did online, we were told that they did not accept the insurance of 3 of 5 of us, despite the fact that we received last year's flu vaccine there and no change of insurance which was already in their system. This should have been on the online scheduling form, done in a pre appointment text or call, or at least confirmed before making us wait and filling out all the other paperwork. Walgreens has lost a customer for life.

I'm gonna have to say after two experiences at this Walgreens, I've had excellent customer service! Sam is great! The staff always asks if you need help instead of having to find someone!

The staff as a whole is friendly and helpful. Most of the pharmacy techs are helpful. I think it is ridiculous that they close the pharmacy for 1/2 for lunch. Other pharmacies in the area do not do this. They seem to have more techs but are very slow. One pharmacist on duty cannot fill, answer questions and give shots. Walgreens needs to have more than one pharmacist on duty at a time.

Meca is AMAZING. She is the assistant store manager trainee, and when I tell you she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me find what I needed...she called other stores, she went online, and placed an order to ship to my house...all for the exact eyeliner I need! Her customer service skills are AMAZING and I am so grateful for her help. This Walgreens is the best!!

I'm not sure what to say about a Walgreen's, but this is a solid location. Not 24 hours, but there is one further north on 135 if you need it! Solid selection, typically friendly employees (you can't always win this one,) and typically pretty clean. Getting in and out of here is also tricky, especially if you're wanting to go north again--but going south is a breeze. No complaints though really; the only reason I would give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the limited hours. I know having two 24-hour locations so close doesn't make sense, but they close just a little too soon for this area.

I would typically recommend this store, however on 5/17/18 having two sick teens at home I made a late run to this store since it was open until 10 p.m. Upon arrival at 9:56 p.m. the doors were locked and two male employees were leaving the store and said they were closed. When I pointed out that the hours listed at 10 p.m. they suggested another location. I left and went to the CVS across the street, arriving there at 10:00.
