This is by far my favorite vet office I’ve ever been to - they are so good with my two cats (who are my babies) which is really important to me. I’ve had good experiences with all their employees but especially love Shelly and Dr Mitchell!! You can tell they’re super caring and compassionate about their jobs. Always easy to get appointments as well. This is our forever vet home for sure! Thanks Vista Hills ?

I was very anxious to bring in my two year old German shepherd that I had just adopted a few days prior as she can be intimidating when she first meets people! The whole staff was very welcoming when we came in and helped calm my dog and made sure we got in a room right away. The vet assistant and the vet both took the time to answer my million questions and were very patient with me and my dog. I was just very impressed from the moment I called and spoke with the amazing receptionists to make the appointment until the moment we left. Their customer service for both humans and animals is on point! I will definitely continue to bring my dog, Freya, here for all her veterinary needs.

Our previous 16 year old dog needed help. We were sobbing at the thought of having to say goodbye to her. But it was time. They comforted not only us but our precious pet as the time came. We will never forget their loving kindness. We highly recommend this compassionate caring very professional and highly trained staff. God bless each of you.

Wonderful vet! All of the employees there are awesome and they actually care for your pet. You don't feel like just another number.
Returned to my review: We've had to put down 2 cats due to cancer in less than a year & the staff @ Vista Hills were absolutely INCREDIBLE. They give you the news straight, allow you to make an informed decision, all the while caring for you & your pets. I can't recommend Vista Hills more ❤️

Today I called over 15 other Veterinarian Clinics and Hospitals, because my kitten was so sick. None of them would see my kitten because I'd never been there before or they would tell me I needed to pay between 300 and 1000 or more without even seeing him. My last call was Vista Hills Animal Hospital ...I was greated on the phone by such a sweet receptionist that was so helpful and got me an appointment right away. Once I got there everyone was so nice and calmed my nerves. We didn't have to wait at all. Shelly the Vet tech was funny and professional at the same time. She's the best!! The Doctor took such great care of my little baby. He is feeling all better tonight thanks to them. I will always go to this Animal Hospital and will recommend to everyone.

Just had the best visit at Valle Vista Animal Hospital. This was our first time. Dr Hill and the tech were great. The tech was so sweet and Dr Hill was kind and knowledgeable. They were great with our Pomeranian. He has a slight handicap and they handled him gently. They were so convenient too. This is the first time everything was handled in house. We left with healthy treats and meds on site. Super convenient, super great experience. We will definitely bring all our animals here. The front staff was great as well. We also had low wait times. Wonderful experience!

Staff & Vet's go above & beyond their duty to make sure everything is correct beyond measure! We're patients of Dr. Mitchell & she's wonderful! We've also seen Dr. Hill & love him!

I really appreciate the gentle care with my dog and not being pushy or forceful with him since he can be timid at the vet sometimes. Morgan was so sweet to him and gave him lots of love and cookies, I know that helped him a lot. I also appreciate the thoroughness of the vet/techs, making sure I understand all of my options and not leaving me with questions.
