Refused to take proper form of ID for tobacco sales!In the state of Indiana a valid form of ID has to be issued by the government with picture and date of birth!!When I called and spoke to Jennifer she was very rude. New Company policy is you card 35 and under. It is judgement of cashier. However when someone obviously looks age appropriate then stick to your company policy. When speaking with Jennifer she kept saying and I don't understand what your getting at. The fact that I understand that your store got in trouble for not carding the proper person. However if the company policy states paper ids are not accepted and they look 35 and above then you should not hassle the customer. As well when a customer calls to speak to you about this Jennifer you need to hold yourself in a professional manner. I asked for DM number she gave me wrong number and informed me that her name was Brittany. I called and was informed that number she gave me was not correct. I understand that you may not think this is a big deal and your making my actions be a "Karen" but your behavior and tone of voice is not needed. She said she made an exception but my husband clearly looks of age. So I will call corporate and let them know that they need to hold their managers professionalism at a higher standard. You made a big funk about company policy yet you did not follow it yourself Jennifer. 35 and under gets I'D.

Soda with a side of politics, again.This store is convenient to where I stay when I come to visit family so I use it alot. Tonight I mentioned to the clerk the store was gutted of Pepsi inventory. He immediately says, "Yiu know why?" I asked why. "Because there was an election and every since January Pepsi has failed. ". I politely stated, "Pepsi not having inventory in your store is not because of an election." And literally laughed. This is the Second time in 2 visits this same man has said something smart about the election. I don't come here for a political debate, please tell your staff to keep their political views off the clock.

This place has a great staff. Their doughnuts are delicious and the only ones I buy. Their salad and sandwiches the make are great! I believe corporate officials are making a big mistake in discontinuing these items. They will definitely lose my business all together. Those are the only things I go there for. They already lost some of my business when they did away with Styrofoam cups. Plastic cups do not keep drinks cold at all!! Yes covid 19 happened so adjust don't delete!!!!

if there was something lower than 1 star this place would wear it proudly! I stopped here again and dont know why, this place is the worst i paid for gas the pump wouldnt work so i hung the pump up and went inside to report the problem and thats when everything got a lot worse needles to say i paid for gas but left with no money or gas!!!!!stay clear !!!!

This place is in walking distanced from Intown Suites, I enjoy the short walk, even when it's cold. Debbie, Lorraine, Mike and Jennifer are so nice. They treat each person with respect. They are always smiling and happy when u go in. The prices are not that bad. The coffee is always ready. They started an A rewards card called " Fast Rewards".
