Murphy provided outstanding service today! We came in to get my husband a new cell phone. We did that but he also looked at our plan and other promotions and he helped us save money on our plan, perks and devices. And he set it all up for us and showed us how to use everything. Again, outstanding customer service!

This review is all about Tom at the Verizon store on Emerson Avenue. Tom is the most knowledgeable, friendliest, most patient employee. I think Verizon has on their employee list. If I had the ability I would give him a huge raise because he more than definitely deserves it for all that he does for the customers that come into him with all of their crazy problems. I know I must have sucked the life out of him today, but he has without a doubt answered every question, I have. Tom is without a doubt.
