Ryan or Bryan, was very unprofessional, he made us feel as if we were bothering him as soon as we walked into the store. We were the only ones in the store at that time. Ryan or Bryan also lack of knowledge on process. I just used Verizon point in this store yesterday and he told me I had to do it online, which was not the case. So I asked him if there was someone who he can call to figure it out and his response was sure. At that point I was done, so we left.

This business misquoted a phone/upgrade charge. I had this in writing. Went to pick up phone and this facility stated it was their error but would not honor the price or finish transaction without doubling my line charge and out the door cost. Terrible managerial service and customer service.

Amber was great helping me!! I got home and was sold stuff I do not need. I was told that my receipt would be emailed and it wasn't. Told me the phone I was getting would be right around $5.00/monthly and the paperwork my son got says it's $23.?? /monthly. I was happy with Amber while I was in the store now I feel like I was robbed. My apps are not working, they're not completely down loaded or I don't understand what it's telling me.

Ryan B. was so helpful in store today. He showed us new services and how to upgrade where it made sense but didn't oversale. He also told us all about their backpack program for school children. Great service.

Amazing service by Ryan getting a new phone. All questions were answered and the process was very fast. Everyone in this store is extremely friendly.

I'd probably just go to the Verizon in Greenwood. Don't waste your time getting incorrect information. At&ts service was spotty but at least their customer service is great. The "district manager" himself was an absolute joke. Does not care even slightly.
