I would give 0 stars if I could post review. I bought bogo and literally walked out the door opened vape it was burnt tasting walked back in and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. What a rip off bad business the other was fine I opened while I was standing right there. Doesn’t make sense when you can clearly see it’s brand new and you know I just purchased it and you can’t even use it because it’s bad. Will never give them another dime of my money. I hope others follow suit very uncool.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable compared to others. Only downside is they are frequently out of juices we like.

Always my go-to vape shop. Usually able to order items that they don't stock. Employees are always different when I go in, though with 1 or 2 faces I recognize.

The employees are helpful and friendly, they have an excellent selection of vaporizers, and vape juices, the store is always clean, and they have video games.

I go here to get juice. People are always nice. They play video games and have a pool table. It decorated really nice too. They have Veteran discount, juice, salts, delta products, coils and vapes. Always nice to chat with the employees.

Do NOT buy delta 8 from this store if the product doesn’t work after purchase they do NOT give refunds. By doesn’t work I mean DEFECTIVE OUT THE BOX.

Brian is invested in his job. Being worried about vape juice tasting blank should never happen. Brian's recommendations of coil adjustments solved my vaping crisis. I am a specific person and I appreciate his kind demeanor. And telling me new information that a sheltered person who is breaking free can process.I'd like to add as a couple hour follow up. Having the days that I do, having the flavors I really want makes it bearable. With simple concept learning from Brian... I've been able to stop buying my coils. Yeah I'm sure everyone can figure it out simply.... but you aren't me. Even with the miniscule things not being shamed is freeing.

Not a huge inventory. What they do have isn’t the best. One or two of the employees are super nice, but whoever is working today was rude. I said “I’m looking for a new tank with compatible coils that last longer. Falcon 2 coils suck.” He said “see the problem is that no other tank will take the Falcon 2 coils” and then started laughing and was being condescending for the rest of my experience. That’s exactly what I was saying. I need better coils, which means I needed a new tank. He chose to misunderstand me so that he could try to make fun of me. Sorry but if I go in there again and see him behind the counter I’m not even going to bother.

The employees are knowledgeable and friendly, the store is clean and looks really cool. I like this shop, and I definitely recommend this shop to anyone who vapes, and anyone who wants to start vaping/quit smoking.
