The tour at Valle Vista Armes was really good. The lady I toured with was very informative. Answered any questions I had, and made me feel comfortable during the walk through.

The dishwasher is still not drained, and I worry about running it again because I'd rather not have gross water leaking out all over the kitchen.
I fixed the garbage disposal on my own.

my boyfriend and i moved in around the beginning of november and seth made the whole process of moving into our first apartment so easy. answered any questions one of us had quickly and made it simple to understand as we didn’t know anything about the process. very sweet and nice person. the ladies up front are also very nice and welcoming in the office!

I did everything online, so it was extremely convenient and easy. When I went to pick up my keys, the staff was very helpful & friendly. The apartment and the entire complex are very well kept up and has beautiful views.

To whom it may concern. I have called the office three times to have them come fix my air conditioner. I had to borrow an air conditioner from my father-in-law to keep my house cool because it’s 80° in the afternoon. They’ve come in and said that they fix the problem, but the apartment stays hot and humid, also they did not replace the board they took off leaving an exposed gap on the patio. In addition they were told that there was a leak from the ac inside of the house. Was told that it was taken care of and was not taken care of. At this point, I feel frustrated because the AC runs all day long. My electric bill is going to be through the roof because the AC never shuts off. I am not pleased at all. Also, I feel uncomfortable calling the office to let them know anything is going on in my apartment. I haven’t felt welcome since I resigned my lease with the new stuff. I’ve lived here for over five years and just feel like they are looking for anything to come put a note in my door to make me feel unwelcome. Also, the gentleman Seth in the office is very unprofessional and I do not enjoy talking to him at all. He has been rude to me on multiple occasions and I feel like he’s ready to have a confrontation every time I go in there or speak to him. I hope this issue is taken care of soon. Welcoming, informative and patient to answer all questions. Grounds and amenities are very nice. Personal patio or deck is a plus.
