Literally the most rude staff I have ever dealt with at USPS. I just moved to this area and hate coming here. I bring packages that are already labeled from things I sell online and they purposely make me wait 20-45 minutes before opening the door to grab the packages. Today the guy who eventually opened it got mad about it and shook his head and pouted like a toddler.

Mailed a small package on May 24th 2024. As of June 4th, my friend still is waiting on package. Unfortunately after calling the post office, they cannot locate the package. Once again, the USPS continues to fail in services. My wife mailed packages 3 years ago after her Mother passed and the family members never received the packages. Such a pitiful experience.

Scheduled an appt for passports 2 weeks ago and received a call today that they are canceling my appt and that I cannot book again until the end of May.

Terrible service which just validates the stereotype of USPS employees that they have nothing to care about in their life so they refuse to do anything to help with customers. The worst USPS I have been to. Would give the lady here 0 star if there was a zero star option. Terrible attitude and unprofessional service. You can just quit if you hate the job. It seems all the terrible reviews are about the same woman. Shame.

Today 2/14/24 went in this morning lady had a attitude in her voice. I asked her if she would tape my little box I was shipping out and she said we can't tape.tour box you have to buy our tape or leave and tape it yourself and come back.like two strips of tape.is all it needed. Never going back what a terrible experience.

The young kid at this location is very lazy and refuses to do anything unless he absolutely has to do it.The lady that works on this location on the other hand will go out of her way, smiles and is very helpful.The young kid with the mop top hairdo and the little boy facial hair needs to be fired. He definitely brings low-skilled McDonalds worker energy to this location.Looking at the comments there seems to be a pattern of a certain employee doing anything to get out of providing passport services.

Lost my package. Said they would "redeliver" because a postal worker just biffed their shift with my stuff, and it's been a week since. No answer from support services and still no package or refund.

took legal documents to be mailed to Greenwood SmithValley post office instead of having carrier pickup. Never arrived to Social Security.....Just lost, never received, never returned!!!

my kids live in new whiteland in and greenwood in i just sent my grandaughter a birthday card on thursday .it is tuesday why hasnt it been delivered yet? our mailman up here our woman mail carrier said it should have been delivered im in richmond indiana it doesnt take 3 days to get from here to there ? what?what? your problem .you need to get with it . complaint. I AM TINA L. WILDE AND THE CARD IS FOR ALENA WILDE.

Just needed to send a mail with a tracking number,person infront desk didn't even let me talk before dismissing me and sending me on a wild goose chase with just a point of a finger at some envelopes and box's. I don't normally physically mail things out so this was very annoying. Moreover, what I actually needed was accomplished within seconds by 2nd receptionist that helped me out. What was 2 seconds costed me several minutes of filling out wrong forms and whatnot. In short, I understand you are busy but it saves everyone time if you just take a second to listen first and then guide second.
