Amazing! Everyone here,, I was sent from Southport location where the 2 ladies working totally ignored me I was the only one there! Didn't want to help when all they had to do was scan my return code and put label on box. So weird at that location. I'm driving to this one Always now it's obvious they love what they do! Thanks out to greenwood UPS you guys are Awesome

Always very helpful
Have used UPS mailbox for years and move here from Branson Missouri .
Got the mail box here and the crew is even friendlier than they were there.

I come here quite often and everytime this is a great store, but recently I went in and was helped by a woman in glasses. Now I am an elderly person but I am not hard at hearing when I approached the counter to ship something the lady screamed “can I get your phone number” very loud. I understand that some people have trouble hearing but I don’t and I didn’t like how loud and rude she was to me. If I need you to speak louder I will say so.

I love this UPS location. Fast and ALWAYS so friendly! If there is a line, it moves quickly! So happy when I have to ship via UPS instead of FedEx!
