In the past I have always loved this pet store. In the past year and 1/2, I have been buying fish from them and they will die. I took them back with water to have tested and they said the water is fine. They replaced the fish and they kept dying. I finally got fed up with them and went to pet smart and bought the same kind and same size fish. Not only did I save money but they lived. After that, I thought, well I have the tank balanced correctly, I went back to uncle bill and bought more ciclids as before and they all died. My pet smart fish are still alive. Something is wrong with their fish. Maybe it the way the collect them. Today I bought a few algae eaters and the guys begging them kept spinning the bag around, slamming the bag and just being really rough with the fish. If this is how they bagged all my other fish, no wonder they don't survive. I am pretty much done with them after today.

The guy lacks customer service and has no knowledge at all about what my questions were. Very simple questions at that. Took my business to Pet Smart

This establishment supports puppy mills. I'll never go back. The other small animals in their care seemed to be kept in very small cages and it definitely smells bad in there. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time.

Over priced non sense. I google image searched a bunch of stuff on the shelves to price check and almost every item they sell is listed online for half the price or lower. You're better off searching online through YouTube videos from professional animal carers and going on Amazon as much as I hate to give a boost to Bezos you'll save hundreds if you look online instead

don't go here if you're looking for rats or other small caged pets. I called asking if they had feeder and pet rats and was told yes to both, only to drive down and be told they were "sold out" of both in the 45 minutes it took me to drive up. There's obviously no regulations or restrictions on how many animals one can buy at once, even buying out whole cases of animals leaving other people none. There were children running around the animals and sticking their fingers in cages, all staff were only on the register and the ferrets are 500$ each. Ruined my experience and first chance with rats, the store stank excessively (I know rodents etc. stink but this was extreme.) and despite the reviews saying you need to be 18+ to hold pets there were multiple children holding dogs. Extremely disappointing.

The people here were great. I bought fish and they boxed them up for my 11 hour trip home. Everyone was very polite and the prices were very good compared to what I'm used to back home.
