I never put any type of bait for mice or any other type of insects or bugs inside or offer any type Of pest control for the units the tape is coming off of all the drywall they raise the rent on all the units about two years ago the same month they raise the rent the shut off all the electricity if you’re asking our input we are prepared for the response
