They said it would take around 20 minutes and Gary showed in 10 minutes. I would recommend this company to anyone and will definitely use them again if I need them. Sadly they didn’t wear white gloves when they got out. ??. But I know they would

“Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I needed a motorcycle towed and he handled it with TLC. We had to wait a few days because of bad weather, but he stayed in communication with me throughout. They were friendly and efficient and highly skilled. I absolutely recommend Big T’s.”

“Called for a jump start. When the truck showed up, the driver indicated he had been told a tow was needed due to a dispatcher who was quick to rush me off the phone. The driver had no jumper cables so we had to wait for an extended period for second truck to arrive with the proper equipment. Had the dispatcher listened to the request, the correct equipment could have been sent to begin with. The back up driver, Shawn, was excellent. Not only did he apologize for the dispatcher error, he got my car running and then followed me to Firestone to make sure I got there without issue. Shawn was one of most service-minded individuals I've come across. One star review based on the dispatch. Five star rating given based on Shawn's professional attitude and going above expectations to make sure I got to Firestone safely.”

“Not really sure what all these negative reviews are about, I just called and let them know that I’ll be in Friday to pick up my truck that was involved in an accident in Greenwood, the lady on the phone was incredibly kind and explained everything that I needed to bring with me - proof of registration, drivers license, declarations page from my insurance showing full coverage insurance & claim number - Will follow up if I have any problems Friday, but I’m not expecting it”
