We ordered two new “Southern Motion” leather recliners. They are the most uncomfortable chairs that I have ever owned. We have been using them for less than one month. They are nothing like the sample that I tried. I have severe mobility problems and the chairs are aggravating my issues. I can’t sit in either chair for very long without pain. I contacted the owner who said that he would only contact a repair company. The chairs don’t need repaired they need to be returned and refunded. I’m very disappointed in the products that cost $3000.

We were told our furniture would be here 4-5 weeks paid in full on Jan 24, still have not received our furniture. I got a call last week stating our furniture would be here Wednesday (today) I call and ask about it and it’s still not going to be here today! We were told 4-5 weeks after the purchase and we are still waiting. Very rude, inconsiderate. Will not spend another dime in this place. Spent almost $8,000 in Jan and still have my room sitting empty! We are on week 12 & still waiting. & still have to pay for delivery & wont let me get a refund even though they got their money but I still have no furniture!

Best customer service ever. They take time with each customer. I never felt rushed. I went in with a relative to help her and bought myself a couch and 2 lamps. Love this place.

We could not be happier with our purchase from this local store. The owners are great people, who sell quality furniture and have many options. To our surprise beyond those great things, they actually had what we chose in stock! We recommend anyone in the market for new pieces to pay them a visit. They have definitely earned our repeat business for future purchases!

I am currently buying my third piece of furniture from Rick and Debbie at Today's Furniture. There are three praises to describe Rick and Debbie who own this store. Extremely knowledgeable, extremely honest, and extremely trustworthy. On top of all that they are great people. The store is clean and organized. A great selection of furniture. Our experience with Debbie and Rick was amazing! They are so friendly and knowledgeable about the items they sell and offer great advice in the selection process. We could not have asked for a better experience! We love supporting small business and that will be what we continue to do with THF and Debbie and Rick . The quality of their furniture is outstanding!

Drove from Noblesville to look for furniture for our new build. No one asked if I needed help and when I attempted to walk towards the desk, the woman got up and went to help a customer at the back of the store. It was a very weird experience. I was looking forward to visiting the store based on all of the great reviews; sadly that was not my experience today.

This is a business located in a strip mall and operated by a local couple. They were very helpful when I was looking to get my new couch and showed me some of the floor models and after I narrowed down what I wanted they walked me through my color options. It was simple and easy. They were not pushy or overbearing trying to make a sell. After everything was set up and I decided what I wanted, they were up front and told me that it would be about 8 or 9 months for the furniture to come in due to COVID. So, they asked that I put half down on my furniture and pay the remaining balance when the furniture comes in. I normally would be a bit hesitant to give that much money to some businesses because without getting the product. However, I felt comfortable doing it with them and did so without hesitation. During the wait, I called a few times and they gladly gave me updates on my sectional. They called me right away when it came in. It was a month earlier than they had predicted. They offer a delivery service for a fee, I think like $150 or so. But I could not wait and just rented a U-Haul and got a buddy and went and picked up the sectional myself. The process was seamless and pretty easy. The only issue, which was out of their control, was the long wait. This business is run by a wonderful couple who is very knowledgeable about furniture. They made the sometime daunting task of furniture shopping easy and enjoyable. I recommend checking this place out for your furniture needs. They are honest, upfront, and friendly.

Hello all,I want to reach out to everyone and let them know what kind of an experience they can look forward to at Today's Home Furnishings. 1st let me tell you that I did not realize this store was in Greenwood, and I bought a living room set at another store just inside of the Indianapolis area, the owner's name is BOB- my furniture arrived with issues, and after several months because of Covid19 was able to have it replaced only to find the 2nd set was worse than the 1st- horrible I might add. Then I went to a local Hardware store looking for a curtain rod - to find a small sofa and chair- which due to Covid19 was not allowed to sit on - so I bought it(my son was getting married in 1 week and I had out of town family coming in, so needed furniture in the worse way). I guess I do not have to say after 1 week, that went back to store- then I saw Debbie and Rick's store - I went in with my head a bit low. But within seconds was greeted by them, welcomed and felt like a friend of family. Needless to say I told my story of having been through 3 sets of furniture in a few months - and Debbie without judgement that I may be just off my rocker, helped me. I found a perfect sofa/ couch and a matching chair. I only had the money for the couch, but she sent me home the accent pillows off the chair and told me she would hold the chair for me( even though they do not have lay-a-way) when I explained it would be 2 weeks before I could return for my chair they both said it was no problem. I LOVE this store, and should I have any other need or wants for my house this is my store - I STRONGLY suggest if you or anyone you know are looking to buy or just starting to browse, please walk into the establishment - you will not regret it for 1 minute --Thank you and Merry Christmas

I love to support family-owned or small businesses. Debbie and her husband were welcoming and extremely helpful. Her knowledge of their high quality furniture was also invaluable and appreciated. I would buy from them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking to break away from the chains stores. Additionally, their selections of fabrics from which to choose was comparable to Arhaus and not as expensive.
