“I showed up 15 minutes before they closed with a tire puncture assuming I would need to leave the car overnight or worse. The tech and customer service rep were extremely helpful and went the extra step to ensure I got the best service as quickly as possible. I left 30 minutes later with a new tire (the puncture wasn't reparable) which saved a lot of back and forth for my wife and me. They even reinstalled my spare and jack in my car. This was in contrast to the Firestone near my work (11035 N Michigan Rd, Zionsville, IN 46077) which said I would have to wait until Wed or Thursday (3-4 days) because they only had 3 techs and were "slammed".”
