We have used Tillman's for years. We have owned a lot of trucks thru the years due to the business we are in. Tillman's has always been our go-to for bed covers, ball mounts, etc. However, this last experience was nothing like all the others. I bought a new company truck, and ordered over $4200 of bed cover, drop steps, ball mounts, etc. I ordered the equipment, was told the typical week or so for it to come in.....no problem. After 10 days I called to see where it all stood, and was told the cover came in damaged (hey, it happens), and it would be another week. So, first of all, I had to call them to what the delay was, why didn't they call me, when they new the cover parts had to be resent, causing a delay? All comes in, I schedule an appointment for install, being told NUMEROUS times, it would all take about two hours. Even the evening prior, when they called to confirm the next morning's appointment, I confirmed 2 hours. In such, I did not have anyone pick me up, I simply planned on waiting. I arrive on time as scheduled, they immediately take the truck to the back. Two and a have hours later, I ask how much longer, was told 30 to 45 minutes, after 3 hours I inquire on how much longer, and I am told another hour. Total of 4.5 hours for an install I was told over and over would take 2 hours. It burned my entire day sitting there, needless to say. Now comes why I write this review. I even waited a few days in attempt to get past it. When they pull my truck back around, after finally being complete, I walk to the back and our ball mount is in the hitch. I see it, ask why they took it from the back floor and put it in the hitch, I am told I must of left it in. This ball mount is the $250 one, NOBODY leaves it in, it too expensive to have stolen. It is only put in the hitch when I pull one of our dump trailers or the like, which I had not done for a week. It is so heavy, I was actually using it to prop up a piece of equipment I had on the back driver side floor board all week; I'm the one who put it there, so I know exactly where it was. OK, so you needed to use my truck to hook up a trailer or something of the like while you had it in the back, and took it upon yourselves to do so, neglecting to pull the ball mount out and put it back where you found it when you were done. First, all you had to do was ask, depending on what you needed to hook up to and move, I would probably have said ok. But not consulting me, is NOT ok, especially since I was sitting there the entire 4.5 hours. Second, is whatever you were doing with my truck part of the need of 4.5 hours for install? Moral of story, ASK permission, don't assume, get your story on timing right so you don't waste people's time. Thank you.

If you are looking to get work done to your vehicle I highly recommend this shop! The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly , and they will provide the very best customer service experience that you can expect. I’ve been to this shop twice and I plan on returning soon.

I try to keep my business local and within smaller shops like we run. I have the pleasure of having my beloved Jeep worked on for two different things here and haven't been anything but thrilled. they did flawless work and what they didn't have an answer to, they had someone to send me to. Highly recommend for any repairs or mods.

I've stopped in a couple times to ask questions about upgrades on my Bronco. Since the first visit they've followed up, remembered me, and always done what they said they would do. I just had them perform a 2 inch lift and it went perfectly. All the employees are great, but Morgan especially when it comes to Bronco knowledge.

Not straight up dudes at all told me to do more than I wanted listened being told there was a lifetime warranty needs fixed and they only want to cover the part which is 10% of the job like are u kidding any shop you go to is covering labor as well don't install shit not ready to do it again when it fails
