I went to put money on my vip one card and before I did anything I went on the website and made sure of which stores I could do this and it said that Thornton gad station was one of the stores and I even asked the cashier if they could put money on my card and showed her what card I was even talking about and she told me that there store does and before I left the parking lot I called to check to see if the money was deposited on my card and we'll it was never added to my card and this was 9,16,2024 at store 400 at 6.22pm and I went back in to the gas station and informed the cashier and she told me that there is nothing she could do about it and gave me the email address to the main office and iv emailed and emailed and called and called this gas station is the worst place they don't care about getting any thing solved and they must hire people who are not honest people or the main office must have something to hide by taking people money and I'm not talking about no 10 or 15 dollars I was putting on my card either and in all my emails I sent to the main office I took pictures of my card and the receipt to prove that this is the truth and still yet to this day iv yet to hear anything never ever go to Thornton store 400 worst place ever!!!!!!!

The guy with short spiky balding hair on mornings needs to put his side activities down and serve customers that are trying to pay for items. The line should not reach the drink station and wrap around it !

I recently opened a bank account and the first transaction I made with it was at this Thorntons Greenwood. I went to purchase a few things on 06/21 and paid at the counter. A few days later, there was a fraud made with my debit card and this was the last placed I used it. Somebody is cloning the customers credit card information at this location. I called Headquaters to submit a complaint, and the regional manager suposed to call me back to follow up with this issue and tell what actions or further investigation they are taking and I’m still waiting for it. They definitely don’t care about the customers security. Don’t go to this Gas Station.

Live right down the road from this gas station & stop here often. Most of the time, the cashiers are nice & customer service is great- there are the occasional bad apples, who should obviously work in a warehouse and not deal with customers but they usually don't last. I feel safe shopping here, no matter the time, day or night. Definitely recommend & we will be returning soon!

Usually love Thornton gas stations. This one has me disliking them now. First time stopping here last week. Bought gas at the pump and it authorized my card for 72 dollars. No biggie that’s normal. Well 2 days later they add another charge for the amount of gas I bought, while the pending 72 remains. So until that 72 dollar pending charge disappears I’ve paid over 100 for 30 bucks worth of gas.. it’s now nearly a week later and my account still shows both.Buyer beware. I will not be fueling here again, or at least if I’m desperate I’ll go through the inconvenience of pulling the cash out and paying that way. Much easier than paying triple for gas.
