Joyce and Rob are great!! My wife and I had recently bought a home and after a few months realized it was not the home for us. We contacted Joyce and she and Rob walked us through our options and how they would be glad to help. Within about 4 months we had bought, sold, moved, and are in a much better place. We would highly recommend Joyce and Rob Campbell!

My first time using a real estate agent to purchase a home was working with the Rob Campbell Team. We met Rob during an open house for another home. He wanted to know what we wanted in a home rather than just trying to sell as the open house home. Other real estate agents we met at open houses were only interested in selling us the home being shown and seemed to be assessing whether we could actually afford the home being shown. It took us 2 years to find the home, that met our requirements.After the Team found us the home that met our requirements, they helped us through the home inspection process and closing.The Team then listed our existing home and sold it one week later.Through our experience working with the Rob Campbell Team these are the key attributes we identified in a real estate agent:- Listening to the requirements of the home buyer- Do not prejudge the home buyer- Give advice on how to negotiate with the seller after an inspection- Identify key features of the home that will allow it to be sold at the highest price
