Came in about a week ago to do some shopping. Was walking through appliances when I heard a guy say that he had money and wanted to spend it but no one would wait on him. They paged for someone at least 3 times before anyone showed up. This used to be a good place to shop, but it's gone downhill in the last few months. Not enough help and lazy workers.

Great place to shop. Would have given 5 stars had they not started restricting items eligible for military discount.

We like this location. Not crazy about being patronized by the older man at the self checkout.

The staff at the Greenwood Home Depot were super friendly and very helpful. Ethan was eager to assist us getting a large order loaded up on my trailer.

A very rude employee with red and black hair flipped me the bird and they have the worse selection of sockets of any home improvement store I've ever been to

Decent enough selection of tools and materials. Maybe not the best, but not bad for a Home Depot.

Absolute worst customer service. The workers were extremely disrespectful and completely invalidated my questions. Will not be going here again.

I drove 45 mins to get here for the 2nd day in a row, to buy a saw that’s locked away. I walked around asking for help for 30 minutes and after numerous pages, nobody shows up to the tool area. I spend up to 60k every year with Home Depot and this is the single worst store experience I’ve ever had. Nobody wants to work at this location. One employee just sat there eating donuts and wouldn’t help. Absolutely ridiculous. What a waste of my time and the time of my customers. This is exactly why people are going to online retailers like Amazon. The poor customer experience in brick and mortar retailers can be avoided with a couple clicks and Prime shipping.

Service desk not friendly. The only reason for 3 stars is that other employees were good.

The people at Home Depot are typically great, but management needs to be more proactive on insuring essential items are in-stock daily.

Shopping there this morning, garden department, requested help loading peat moss, topsoil, etc. in my car. Waited 15 minutes, no one came. A gentleman on his way into the store, helped me. He did not work there. I am a lady in my 70's and if I had not already paid for my items, I would have left them. SHAME ON YOU HOME DEPOT. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!

This is my third strike out at this particular Home Depot so I guess it's time to review but I do not like doing negative reviews. When I lived in Tucson, Home Depot worked for me all the time. I was a regular customer purchasing all kinds of home supplies. But back home in Indiana it just hasn't worked out for me. I just can't find what I'm looking for or they do not carry the products I need in their inventory. Today I was wanting to buy two items. A Black & Decker weed eater or trimmer/edger which their web site they had but in their store there were only two brands neither of which was B&D. One brand I never heard of or could I pronounce the name, the other brand, Milwaukee, was all cordless power tools. I have a cordless blower and they do not have enough power because they try too much to save energy to make the power pack last longer. I have two power packs and together they are barely enough to get the job done. I can't imagine using a cordless trimmer that would require even more power than a blower. In addition, every thing was locked up so I would have had to find an employee, with the key, to unlock them so I could put one in a box in a basket to buy. Not very customer friendly. This is not the case with their main competition in Mooresville, where there are five different brands and nothing is locked up.The other item I was looking for was a small barn made of wood, not metal or plastic. They had wood barns but they were too big and too expensive for my fixed income budget. I did find a 6ft by 5 ft shed for $799, but it was made of resin (plastic) and would not fit my needs. I'm going to be cutting holes in it for a pet door and making other modifications so I need wood to add shelving, etc.
