Oh my goodness— where do I begin? I have been going to Great Clips and coloring my own hair for a while now . Great Clips rushes through the cut and doesn’t completely dry my hair. I decided to call Pam whom I went to previously. She was quick to respond and give me a convenient appointment.First of all , she is very personable and kind. She actually listened to what I wanted and did exactly as I requested. I got a beautiful, thorough color which has given my hair wonderful body and shine. The haircut was precise and just as I had wanted.Secondly, I like the fact that at no point did she rush me. I also like that she has her own salon room with a sliding door for total privacy. Another thing I like is that her price is all inclusive— meaning the tip, service, and supplies are all included in one flat fee.She gave me suggestions for shampoo and conditioner which I ordered from Amazon.She doesn’t try to sell me these items like other salons do.Pam is really an expert at her craft and I highly recommend her services. If you want a pleasant, stress free experience go to her.It’s relaxing to have privacy and not be hurried. Oh, one more thing— she actually dried my hair completely and styled my hair so nice. That never happens to me elsewhere. They’re trying to make their quota. One note: Pam works at Texture Salon not Texture 2 which is next door.

I love that you can make appointments online and receive confirmation from your stylist. It makes things easier for me, I booked my appointment in bed at 11pm the night before.
