T-Mobile took over $1,100 for absolutely nothing In 2019 I decided to get the iPhone 11 Pro Max a few months after it came out (July). I decided to do a 2 year lease on it which cost $39.59 per month, just tacked on to each monthly phone bill. In April of 2020, T-Mobile buys Sprint, the carrier I purchased the phone through. My lease is still not completely paid, so I keep making payments. T-Mobile owned Sprint when my lease payment should have been removed from my bill. Fast forward to today, February 1st, 2024. I'm looking over my bill details and I notice that there's a charge on there that doesn't include my iPhone's protection plan stating that it's for leases. Confused, I check the leases tab and there are no active leases. I HAVE BEEN PAYING AN EXTRA $39.59 PER MONTH FOR 30 MONTHS ($1,187) FOR A PHONE THAT IS ALREADY PAID OFF. I call customer service and a very professional young lady named Diamond helps me, she tells me that they had to manually remove so many lease charges from people's bills. I asked if I could be refunded for these extra charges and she tells me that she can only refund 2 months worth of payments (under $80). I understand that she has protocols that will not allow me to talk with her supervisor so I don't even know why I bothered asking. I made sure to be really nice to her because at the end of the day, it's not HER who's been pocketing the equivalent of an extra YEAR'S WORTH OF PHONE BILLS from me. I have called customer service several times over the past few years for help on a few things, there have been PLENTY of times that they could have spotted this error. I am so upset about this and will be switching to a different phone company by February 21st (the day my bill is due) if I am not made whole. I advise anyone thinking of switching to T-Mobile to think twice about it, seeing as they clearly have no issue taking the hard-earned money that is not owed to them.

Stayed at a relatives house for the holidays. Worst internet provider I have ever experienced. Even when hooking up my computer to the modem it was unusable. ping spikes from 50ms all the way up to 1300 ms. impossible to game on, impossible to watch videos on without constant buffer, Hell it takes a minute or two just for a browser to load. That's all while connected with ethernet as well. Would not recommend this provider to my worst enemies.

Dealing with phone carrier changes is always brutal, so we super appreciated the incredibly helpful and supportive staff at this location. Evan and Jason took exceptional care of us and put in the extra effort to ensure we were getting the best fit for our needs. I would highly recommend T-Mobile even if just for this location!

Jaden is just rude, pushy, annoying, and ditzy. I’m over trying to come to this store to get anything done or solved. Some people are not meant to work with the public and he is certainly one of them.

The staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I give only 3 stars because the process should be easier, so you're not there for 2-3 hours. We weren't able to get phones that day because the larger storage phones had to be ordered. I'm frustrated every time we have to go to T-Mobile.

Kaitie was helpful until she was pressing us to completely switch to T-Mobile. Which wasn’t helpful it was more rude than anything when my phone provider has worked perfectly fine. As we appreciated the less than 24 hour fix being pressured into buying items or even service is not a good sales tactic

Both Evan and Taiylor were outstanding! They helped me with everything and suggested accessories that i needed and some i just wanted for my new Apple Watch and I phone Pro Max. Wont use anyone else ever again!

This location has always been my go-to location until recently. My last name was incorrect on my account after calling 611 I was told to take a photo ID into the store and they would fix that. Twice at this location they have told me they can’t change my information even with my ID in hand. My last experience here was with Jason. I was upgrading to an IPhone 13 at the time and to my understanding my trade in would be more if upgrading to MAGENTA MAX plan. Jason went through this plan with me and my line was to be upgraded. During the experience he kept almost rushing me and asking other to finish “this” up for him. He ended up staying with me the whole time, and I thought everything went to plan. The next day, my plan was still essentials. So I decided to call the store, Jason answered and told me it would upgrade at the end of my billing cycle. That was quite some months ago and my line never upgraded. I haven’t been back to this location since.

I hate going to phone stores. But Jaden at this store was FANTASTIC. He made an hour long visit delightful. The manager Jason was nice also. The entire staff was pleasant. But Jaden is a Rockstar and handled everything with humor, knowledge, and patience. Will only go to this location from now on!!
