T-Mobile took over $1,100 for absolutely nothing In 2019 I decided to get the iPhone 11 Pro Max a few months after it came out (July). I decided to do a 2 year lease on it which cost $39.59 per month, just tacked on to each monthly phone bill. In April of 2020, T-Mobile buys Sprint, the carrier I purchased the phone through. My lease is still not completely paid, so I keep making payments. T-Mobile owned Sprint when my lease payment should have been removed from my bill. Fast forward to today, February 1st, 2024. I'm looking over my bill details and I notice that there's a charge on there that doesn't include my iPhone's protection plan stating that it's for leases. Confused, I check the leases tab and there are no active leases. I HAVE BEEN PAYING AN EXTRA $39.59 PER MONTH FOR 30 MONTHS ($1,187) FOR A PHONE THAT IS ALREADY PAID OFF. I call customer service and a very professional young lady named Diamond helps me, she tells me that they had to manually remove so many lease charges from people's bills. I asked if I could be refunded for these extra charges and she tells me that she can only refund 2 months worth of payments (under $80). I understand that she has protocols that will not allow me to talk with her supervisor so I don't even know why I bothered asking. I made sure to be really nice to her because at the end of the day, it's not HER who's been pocketing the equivalent of an extra YEAR'S WORTH OF PHONE BILLS from me. I have called customer service several times over the past few years for help on a few things, there have been PLENTY of times that they could have spotted this error. I am so upset about this and will be switching to a different phone company by February 21st (the day my bill is due) if I am not made whole. I advise anyone thinking of switching to T-Mobile to think twice about it, seeing as they clearly have no issue taking the hard-earned money that is not owed to them.

Got an otter box, correction on my post last week. After all the phone comes out of the clip where my lense for camera is visible. My bad for my last post. Everything is ok. Maybe I should have asked how to work an otter box lol. Jokes on me

Workers at this store are the best at customer service! Very polite and professional, but t-mobil is by far the worst cell phone carrier I've ever had. 3 phones billed to my account from a t mobile call center, a "free " watch that was junk and still paying for, a tablet on my bill i never had in the 1st place, monthly bill that is everywhere and call in customer service that is just rude and sub par, ill be leaving as soon as possible

I went to this T-Mobile looking to upgrade my iPhone and not only did I upgrade my iPhone I got a new phone for my wife as well. Dontay (I hope I spelled that right sorry if I didn’t homie) was major helpful got me on a good deal and even got Netflix and appletv with my plan and it isn’t to expensive for the plan. Was actually less than what I was expecting so huge shout out to him for hooking me and my wife up. We will be going back to him when we get my sons phone line in the near future.

I have been to several locations that are close to me. This location has been very helpful in setting up my cell and internet service. They are knowledgeable and very friendly. The process was also quick and efficient. I switched from another carrier because their pricing is low and very competitive. I would recommend them to anyone.

Walked in, first time T-Mobile customer, first time ever having my own plan. Worked with Tay and he had me setup quickly and provided exceptional service. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Very well ran place.

Walked in to upgrade our iPhones and the customer service was terrible. Two gentlemen in the store one just kept trying to push another customer out the door not wanting to help an elderly veteran. Our rep was very short with us and not patient at all. We ended up just leaving without upgrading.

Went into the store asked for 2 iPhone 14 pro max. I gave them my ID and phone number. Was told they had plenty one rep asked another to “go help open the safe”, they went to the back and then came out and told me they had none. I asked if anywhere around had any and they said I could check the corporate store at the mall.Waited 15-20 minutes for help at the corporate store to find out they had none.Stopped back by thinking I might get a 14 pro or plus. Saw a new rep who told me the had plenty of 14 pro max’s then the other rep followed him to the back and was again told they had none. He seemed uncomfortable and told me I would have to talk to the manager. The manager was the guy who first told they had none and only had a 128gb iPhone 14 and nothing else. I asked if I had done something that was causing this treatment and he refused to answer and when I said I can go to AT&T said ok. I have had 8 lines with T-Mobile for years now and stayed with them even though their service isn’t as good as others because the customer service.All I wanted to do was by a phone and instead I was profiled for some reason.Filed a complaint with corporate unfortunately that will most likely go no where and the only way I can truly voice my displeasure is switching even though it doesn’t matter to these companies. I wish the store on stop 11 and 31 didn’t close always had top notch service there

Just want to give a huge THANK YOU to Tay. He helped us more than he evens knows.My family and I are from out of town and my fathers phone was stolen. He needed to have a phone to get back home and we were told he wouldn’t be able to get a phone right away.Tay instantly helped us and within a few minutes my father purchased a replacement phone and is able to go back home.

Chase and Dakota were awesome to work with. Chase got us upgraded to new phones and answered all of our questions. Amazing service. Even stayed late to make sure all data transfered. Highly recommend!!!!
