They close at 5pm and we turned up at 4:30pm and they told us leave. There was not a single soul there. They were rude and locked the door in our face as we barely turned around to walk out and didn’t apologize or explain why they couldn’t accommodate a haircut with 30 min left in their day. This would never fly at the Franklin sports clips, if you got in the door before 5pm they would cut your hair but to completely lock up their doors at 4:30pm in your face without explanation tells A LOT about how they would care while cutting your hair and the work ethic they have. It’s laughable that anyone would patronize their store when their hours are a LIE. NEVER GO HERE. Believe every bad review!!!!

Went to get a fade and line up but. It was uneven and the box looked like a triangle lol I don’t think I’ll trust them with my cut again!

I just wanted my hair faded together. Just a little shape up! I look like the last of the Mohicans!!! I am a woman and now I am debating shaving it all , I have been crying all night and morning! What do I do? My face is misshapen after a car accident and I look awful...shaving it is not cool when you are almost 50! I'm devasted! I wasted that money I didn't have also!? ?

My bf goes here regularly & takes our kids here. It's reasonably priced. They also offer extra add-ons, such as a neck message, which my son loved. They usually check in online & just head there when the app tells them to, usually they're done fairly quickly. I did take 2 stars off bc my youngest son's hair has been cut uneven in the front. I wouldn't recommend if you want your hair cut perfectly.

Just got a haircut from a spot in Greenwood Indiana from a guy named Cherion and it was the worst haircut ever. Did not listen to anything I said. Did his own thing. AWFUL. DONT GO TO GREENWOOD SOUTH.

Haircut was fine but a bit rushed. Then when I went to checkout the machine wouldn’t work so I couldn’t use a card. They had me wait while they rebooted it and called for help. No big deal because things happen. The employee the got off the phone and told me I could either have them write my credit card info on a post it note or go next door to an atm. I would have expected to be comped the haircut for the inconvenience but decided I would go to the atm because I didn’t want them to have my info laying around. I told them I would go get the money and they then asked me to leave something for collateral. Absolutely ridiculous. They basically treated me like I showed up with no money and they didn’t trust me. I paid and will not be back. They were following the instructions of the manager on the phone so I don’t blame the associates, but this is now how to treat customers.

No wait, I use the app, great cut until my hair was dry. Had to make a second visit to get it fixed and blended. Overall nice staff and clean facility.
