Kala is the stylist that i work with most visits and she is amazing always knowing exactly how to cut my hair(and I am extremely picky). She also makes sure that while I am in her chair, I can relax as my career keeps me very busy.

First time ever to a Sport Clips. Walked in and even on a busy Saturday morning, I was in a chair getting my hair cut within 20 minutes. Jessica did a fantastic job and it’s comforting to know that I can visit any location in the country (I travel A LOT) and get the same quality cut at a reasonable price.

Asked for a trim and the barber took off almost all my hair. I said it was fine because I was shocked by how wrong it was. At least I won't need a haircut for a few months while my hair grows back.

Hair cuts are great most of the time at this location. However today as I was sitting in the store the manager kicked out a dog that a guy had with him. It was not causing any issues and was being very calm and quiet. He had been sitting there around 30 minutes before they decided to make him leave it outside. It's was 85 out and not good for it to be out that long in the sun. I know he is to blame for not checking with them but at the same time it looks like it provides a good amount of emotional support for the guy and he may just not have the money or ability to have a service animal. This overall caused a poor customer experience for this visit.

Was told a three hour wait with 2 people sitting in the waiting area. I was told to use online. Not all people use online. If you are going to cater to damn computers and on line the just take the name off the building I hate to say this and I know im a minority on this but I will find someone who does business the old fashioned way an get a better hair cut. Will never return

This is hands down the worst sportclips I have ever visited in my life. My first haircut here the stylist was quiet, hardly made any conversation. I decided to give it a second shot and this time I attempted to have a haircut with the manager, Danielle. I arrived within the allotted time frame on the app and she bumped me for another client who was in the store before me. I lost my place in line and my wait went from 15 minutes to 1 hour and 20 minutes. She is an incompetent manager and a sad excuse for a hair stylist. Avoid this location if possible!
