Communication was awesome! The only issue we ran into was having some difficulty initially figuring out the door mechanism. Owners sent as a video that cleared it up as soon as we asked. The facility was easy to access, and we felt our items were very secure given the security measures in place. Only downside was no lighting in the storage space itself, but that was pretty minor. The lighting outdoors around the storage facility were great and helped alleviate no interior lighting. Great value as well as the pricing was much better here for equivalent space to competitors. These people are the absolute best to work with!!!

I've had my things in storage for several years and this is the best place. Super clean and well lit. I always felt secure there and the owners are very nice people. They even helped me move some of my stuff.

Great storage facility - very clean and well kept. We were able to get in and out 24 hours a day and our unit was easy to drive up to. We highly recommend storing at Smith Valley Storage! Great people to work with!

Large unit for the money, but don't be late paying because the fee structure changes from month to month. Overall, a pretty good storage
