Went here a couple of days ago and that was my first time going in there in years. Just needed a couple of essentials and to redeem my voucher for a free cologne. I was treated like I was an idiot and that I didn’t know anything about beauty (I have a license in esthetics and worked at the Sephora in Kohls). The guy working there was explaining to me how to use shampoo and conditioner like I’ve never used it before in my life. The whole time I was in there, he acted like he was above me in every sense. Now I remember why I haven’t gone there in years. Will not be coming back here again.

Love this location for years but took away one star due to last visit the older lady was rude to me kept arguing with. Just keep that in mind.
It's now February what a difference here the very kind Manger helped me I was looking for a hard to find glow recipe gift set and he's like oh have them order it FREE SHIPPING for the inconvenience of them not having best experience in years! I wish I had gotten they're name but I believe it was the new Management very 😊 happy with the staff now!5 ⭐ stars for sure.

Went into the store looking for advice on makeup for a beginner and had no idea where to start. After a negative experience at Ulta, I was hoping for a better experience here and that’s what I got! Isabella was so helpful and explained to me what products would work for me and how to apply them. It was the best experience!

They never have the items in stock as listed online. I've shown up repeatedly and not been able to purchase the items I went for. Stock always seems low and messy on the shelves.

Very disappointed in the lack of customer service today. Typically, sephora has a decent reputation for dealing with customer issues. When I handed them a $50 Sephora giftcard to pay for my purchase, they said there was no money on it. I showed them the receipt stapled to the envelope the card came in. When they saw it had been purchased at Meijer, they told me there had been issues with gift cards purchased there. Rather than going ahead and honoring the card, they told me to go to Meijer to fix it. I got this as a Christmas gift, and if you know there's a problem, address it instead of making it the customer's problem. I did not purchase anything today.

Condescending and passive aggressive employees. There was a mishap with my payment, it was my fault for not checking the amount and being a few dollars off, I will take blame only for that, it happens, but absolutely unnecessary to be spoken to and very loudly at the end about how the next time I come here I should have enough money. I even apologised at the end for the inconvenience. Truly that was one of the most embarrassing moment of my life. Anyways! Kohls Sephora>>>>💋

I stopped by the Sephora in Kohl’s in Greenwood to pick up a last minute gift. The unexpected and very appreciated gift I did find was the gift of excellent customer service. The sales rep, Natalie, was kind, energetic, and very knowledgeable of the products. She greeted EVERY customer with a smile, positivity, and high energy. She went over and beyond assisting me with my purchase. Her manager, Jordan, also assisted me with the same high energy, and superior customer service. This was a very refreshing experience.

Awful customer service. Went in there Wednesday night to purchase new makeup for myself and my girlfriend. I usually go somewhere else up the street that I get great service at. I planned to spend a good amount of money Wednesday night, but when the young male manager acted as if he didn't have time for me or my purchase I decided not to spend my money here. I know my one purchase won't hurt this company, but I'm sure his attitude hurt his nightly sales as I had planned to purchase around $1000. I suggest sephora talk with this man, because the way he spoke to his employees around me as if they were less than he was is just atrocious. The other associates seemed nice, but it was a pretty toxic experience thanks to the manager.
