My best friend and I wanted to get our nails done here for the first time . Per google it states that they’re open until 9. Walked in at 7:45 and was told we couldn’t be serviced because they were closing. I said according to google you are open until 9. The lady had an attitude problem and said hold on , didn’t even go ask and came back and said no. I said you should probably fix your hours online.

By far the worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon. I paid $85 + a $20 tip for this set, and 2 nails fell off within 2 days.. My nails had dents in the nail bed. I went back in today to get it fixed, and they aren’t even the same color. I expressed to him that I just paid a lot of money for this set, and now I’m worried the rest are going to break off so soon as soon as I leave for vacation. I asked if they would take them off, and reapply them properly and he straight up ignored me and only filled the 2 broken. I will not be coming back here or recommending this spot to anyone.

Took my daughter here to get a pedicure. Wait was minimal, clean environment, and happy staff. The chair message I received while my daughter got her pedicure was awesome!! I will return.

I went out of my way this morning to come down and get a change of color on my toes. They said they don’t offer that only pedicures. I said okay, that is fine. I explained I have gel on my toes. The man said that would be an extra $10. I said wow, you guys charge for that. I didn’t even see it on the menu they had in there. So as I was looking for it, the man said I don’t want to do your toes. You can get out and go to where you normally get your toes down. I asked why he was being rude and dismissive. He said he can and I left. Unbelievable and unethical and unacceptable. Do better please

Really upset that I called at 6:30 to make sure they could do my nails this evening because they haven’t had time posted on the door for awhile now. The gentleman asked what I needed and how long until I got there. I told him ten minutes if that. He said to come. I get there not even ten minutes later and I’m told to come back tomorrow , they’re booked. I’ve been a loyal customer since the old salon so it stinks I have to find a new nail salon. Customer service has really started to lack

I love Royal Spoil! I have been going for a few years and am disappointed whenever I got to any other nail place after having gone to them. No one compares! They are always friendly and welcoming! The owners Katie & Tim do great work. They don’t want you to leave until you are happy with your nails. They go above and beyond. It’s nice to go to a family owned business where the owners really care about their customers!

Update: I did go in the next day and Katie did an amazing job. She’s very knowledgeable and good at her work.Original: I’ve been here several times and have loved it. Not this time. I got these done around 2 pm on Sunday New Years Eve. The male store manager rushed me, the dip wouldn’t set so he kept changing products, and my nails didn’t look great anyways. After a few hours the dip started chipping and my natural nails started breaking. They were closed New Years Day so no help. I came in today (Tuesday) during my short lunch break to show them how horrible it looks and so they’d know these are still fresh. I was supposed to come back on my ONE day off Friday but my nails are literally broken in half after one day of work. Their website says they close at 9. So I came by at 7:10 and they’re refusing to fix my nails because everyone has gone home and they’re closing early. The man that did my nails was there but said someone else needed to do them. They called “Katie” and she said she’d fix them tomorrow but won’t come in early for me…so I’M the one having to rearrange MY schedule. I work in a professional setting…I cannot have my nails looking like this even for another day! Not to mention my now natural nails are ruined and will need fakes. I suggested a refund and I’d go somewhere else since they don’t seem to care about poor service. She asked if I had a receipt…no but I have the $60 charge to my bank and the $20 atm charge I used at their salon for a tip. After more back and forth and expressing my frustration that they didn’t seem to care about the poor service, I asked for a refund and the girl left. After talking to the store manager, she came back and said “just come back tomorrow at 7 pm”. Denying a customer a refund. SUPER DISSATISFIED. This isn’t how you treat loyal costumers paying premium prices and tipping with their hard earned money.

Ive been going here for years and never had an issue until recently. In october, i had Glory as my nail artist and although she did great work, she was very rough and was too busy on facetime with a friend the whole time she did my nails. Just yesterday i went back, and although once again the work she did looks good, she was very rough, made two of my fingers bleed and decided to “shape” my nails with a drill instead of the file which was very uncomfortable and led to uneven and crooked edges. it had been about a month since my last set and they were very grown out and when i explained the situation as to why i couldn’t come in sooner i was told to “try to do better next time” and when i showed her my nail design she sighed and said “ugh this again”. and same as before, she was playing on her phone and apple watch with airpods in the whole time i was in the chair. she does a great job at application, but the comments made and the times spent on the devices was unprofessional and makes me feel more like a bother than a client.
