I purchased a ring for my wife for Christmas. Within the first month one of the stones fell out. The 3rd month it had another stone fall out and by May 3 stones had fallen out. When we took it back to the store they informed us that we would have to pay to have the ring fixed. I will not be purchasing jewelry from them again as we have purchased rings from other stores and have never had a stone fall out. They will sell you junk and charge you to get it fixed. Update: I called the number in the reply and spoke with a lady who said the Regional Manager would call me to help resolve our issue. No one called. After waiting 6 weeks for the ring to be repaired it’s only been a week and 2 more stones have fallen out. ?♂️ What a joke.

Manager of establishment was caught recording me and walked into the back after being confronted. No reason for a grown woman to act like that. Wasn’t even in her store let alone doing anything to prompt her to record me.

I've purchased 1 Sapphire ring 1 bracelet and 1 watch over the last few years from this place and each time it's been a fun no pressure enjoyable experience. The warranty on rings is " rock" solid and today working with JESSICA was awesome. She was so patient as I debated all the way up to closing time if I wanted a watch. Then she patiently sized the band for me and all and all was just very pleasant and helpful. I plan to return. Thank you !

I went in to get my 10k gold bracelet repaired and I was kind of expecting to pay a decent chunk of money for the repair, but I went in, the lady I spoke to (her name is Kemeral, I highly recommend her) just got it from me, and less that 2 minutes later, she got it repaired AND cleaned it. It looks brand new, it’s fully functional, and because it was an easy fix, she charged me nothing. Fantastic service, great customer care, and great quality work!
