I’ve been renting a salon room from here for sometime around six months & I love the professionalism here. I can appreciate a very clean and functional space! I love taking a space and making it mine! The staff here are always very welcoming and ready to help in anyway.

We love Rise Commercial District! One of our favorite parts is the security - the electric gates and cameras are a huge plus. Avery and the rest of the staff are great to work with, and they take amazing care of their tenants and their units. The breakroom and bathrooms are very nice, as are the offices and conference room. The front desk provides a safe and neutral shipping location, and the other tenants make for great neighbors and friends. The facility is clean and well maintained and is centrally located in Greenwood. Everything is top notch, and we are super thankful to be a part of it.

I've been here for 3 years and it's been great. Avery (the property manager) is easy to get along with. The facility is well taken care of and very secure. I highly recommend looking here if you have a small business and need a place to run it out of.

Rise was the perfect spot for my startup business. It's extremely convenient with forklift access and plenty of space for freight deliveries. It's a great spot for small startup businesses to have access to lots of space (climate controlled) and forklifts which would normally cost a lot of extra money on their own.The property manager (Avery Paris) has been fantastic and is always extremely helpful in resolving any sort of issues or roadblocks that come up. He is a great asset for RISE.If there are any tenant, maintenance, or property issues, they are resolved in a timely manor. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for a space for your small business needs. Thank you!

I’ve been renting here for over four years and I’ve always been very happy dealing the building management and the other tenants. Safety and security has always been their top priority, I would recommend them.
