Jayme and Eddie were very helpful and nice to work with!!!! Steve, you are extremely rude and may have cost your company a repeat customer. My hope is that you are having a bad day and are not like that daily. The way you talked to Jayme when she was trying to help me was unacceptable. Customer service should be top priority but it seemed your top priority was to make others feel ignorant.

Super rude the moment I walked in and asked a question. It threw me off so much I couldn't explain correctly what I was looking for. The lady at the desk and the person I am assuming is the owner were plain unhelpful and rude. As I walked out the owner(?) Followed me out to continue being indecent. There was a 3rd guy who came out and diffused the ignorance and was a bit more pleasant to speak to. At that time I was already through with the lack of professionalism. I needed a speedometer cable extender and all they cared about was the word ALLISON. I do have an Allison transmission, it'll never see this place if it needs attention.

Brought our delivery truck to have the transmission checked. Had it previously check at a diffrent company and they were asking $13,000 to replace the transmission. So we came here and they did and full diagnostic of its problems and only had to change the transmission computer. They are a very honest, upfront, and reliable place to get any work done to our vehicles. Their price to fix it and was 5x cheaper then the other place. I would recommend Reliable Transmission to anyone!!. Thank you guys for they awsome work you did!

HUGE thank you to Dave Johnson for talking me through taking my Allison Transmission out of service mode and clearing trouble codes after speed sensor was corrected. I was 7 hours from home and you saved me BIG TIME! Reliable gets all of my future transmission work!
