I just moved to Indianapolis and one of the first things I did was visit the Reis-Nichols store located in Greenwood. The store itself is beautiful, and I would recommend everybody that lives or drives nearby to visit. They have pieces from some of the best watchmakers you can find, including Rolex, Breitling, Hamilton, IWC… They also have wonderful jewelry. Julie introduced herself and guided me through every step of the process. She was super attentive and answered all my questions with a smile on her face. The conversation was great.Julie also took the time to understand what I was looking for and offered suggestions that perfectly matched my style and preferences. I also got to try a few of the watches. Her expertise and genuine interest in helping me find the perfect watch made the experience truly enjoyable. I never felt rushed or pressured; instead, I felt like a valued customer from the moment I walked in until the moment I left.Thank you so much Julie for making this visit a wonderfully welcoming experience.

Aaron and the Tag Heuer rep were amazing! They took the time to make sure the new time piece fit well and took the time to walk me thru how to set it and all. I am a second generation jewelry buyer to work with Brent Maple at the Greenwood location. He has been wonderful to work with! It's always a joy to walk in the store and see what's new.
