We drove the extra half hour to mail a letter certified, knowing we an trust them to process it correctly. Tika was very helpful to get us all through the line before closing at 530p. In and out in 5 minutes waiting in line to get a letter certified and purchase stamps.”

There is usually no wait or just a short wait.I was unaware that Franklin took over delivery, but I have noticed some issues with delivery lately. We get mail that should be delivered to other people, our neighbors are also getting the wrong mail.”

“I have always had really good luck at this branch, quick and efficient. The guy in there today was super quick and even told me a one liner joke while I was at the window. In and out in less than 3 minutes. I was really happy because I had just tried the branch on Edgewood and Madison and after waiting forever and watching them move around like molasses I got ticked off and walked out. Cheers to the Greenwood branch”
