Amy and Derek are both amazing realtors. They are so knowledgeable on the real estate market and how to negotiate to get an accepted offer which you need with the aggressive market right now. A friend of ours reccomended the O'Brien team when we unexpectedly found ourselves searching for a home in the dead of winter. Our landlord of 10 years decided to sell out from under us just days before Christmas. My husband Bill and I were shocked, devastated and terrified. We reached out to Amy O'Brien and she immediately sprung into action. She searched this crazy market tirelessly for a new home for us. She kept in constant contact and even served as emotional support during this chaotic and dark time (we were a mess, she was an angel). She works closely with lenders that work just as hard as she does. We now proudly live in a beatiful home of our own! Derek and Amy are amazing realtors. They were recommended to us by local friends to assist us in our cross country move and were instrumental in us finding our dream house. They looked at properties for us and took videos and laid the groundwork for our arrival Since purchasing our family home, Amy and Derek assisted us in buying our investment property. Very professional and knowledgeable of local prices and trends in this crazy market. We will be using them again for our next real estate transaction.
