The owners get 5 stars for blatant racism. (Former) employees quit because they hated being told to follow POC around the store to "make sure they dont steal". I've witnessed it myself multiple times. If an employee isn't available to do so, the owners will take initiative to stalk those customers. Also everything except the incense is outrageously over priced, go to the store "inner peace" just up the road or something instead. Thus Nirvana is a terrible business.I believe they deleted this review from Google reviews after I posted it weeks ago.

Went in to get piercings. I asked for two of the same size, and got two different sizes. The ball on one of the piercings won't even come off for me to wear it. I tried calling and the number isn't even connected or correct. Couldn't even find a Facebook or anything to contact.

Walked in to this store relieved because I had been looking for a store like this for a while. It was about 5 until 8pm, and I was unaware they closed at 8. A short dark haired girl in glasses stood across the store and asked if there was anything specific I was looking for. There wasn't, but I saw some tarot cards, a singing bowl, and my brand of incense that I probably would have purchased. I answered the girl saying I had never been in here and wanted to look around. Her IMMEDIATE answer was we're closing. I'll keep looking for another shop like this. Could've easily spent $200+ in your store tonight.

Clerk was not educated about products, sold me horseshoe hoops with spike ends, I thought because of the color they were anodized titanium. Clerk didn't know what the metal was, didn't check or try to find out. Two weeks later the GREEN PAINT on the metal started chipping off, now my piercings that had been healed for over 4 years are painful and irritated. Would not shop again. Also only one person on staff when there was a convention next door, poorly planned.

I give one star because they had horrible customer service. It just seemed like the employee didn't want to do his job. He was very disrespectful. There are plenty of better head shops.

these people told me my card was declined at purchase even though the card reading machine said approved made me pay in cash and then stole my money and won't give it back these people are ugly gross thieves get a real job and a life instead of stealing money from kids gross af. the bank won't give me my money back bc they did not provide me with a reciept on top of that. clearly evident the lady pocketed my cash i'm not stupid. and gave me the worst attitude and said just call the bank when i confronted her. ugly pig oink oink

I love the new setup! The staff is attentive and kind. They even remembered me despite not being around for a month! It's a fun place to look around and pick up something random.
