I would not recommend this company. This was our second time we used the company with the recommendation of our realtor . First time not great but no major problems but the second time was like a Chinese fire drill. It seemed like they put up obstacles and road blocks when ever possible Instead of telling us up front what documents they needed. It was drug out with every other day something needed. When it came up to the day before dead line, at 4:00 PM. They notify me they needed something from my bank. Closing date and time was given and then one half hour before closing they notify that closing was postponed as notary not available. Several times I left messages for Nora(she never answered her phone) to call me. Never did she call me back. This was for a loan that had 10X equity needed for amount of loan Both of us had credit scores above 800.

The team at Nest is the best in the business. Their ability to understand my needs and clearly communicate and educate my wife and I on the available mortgage options was unlike any other financial service organization I have ever worked with. Their knowledge of the industry and honest communication with us during the home buying process is world class. I used Nest for my last 2 home purchases and continually encourage my friends and family to work with them. In fact, my FIL also recently worked with Nest and experienced the same seamless process through closing.

It is no wonder that this team is listed as one of the best in the business! When it comes to mortgage lending, this group rocks! They are seasoned, professional and attentive throughout the entire process. We have personally used them for ALL of our real estate financing whether new home buying or refinancing. I would be extremely cautious using Nest Mortgage Group as your lender. There is currently an active claim filed with the Indiana Attorney Generals Consumer Protection Division. The claim involves President Brad Niccum, appraiser Randall Booknis and several others. The claim against them is a very serious offense, FHA Mortgage Fraud. Mr. Booknis is also in a separate claim charging FHA Mortgage Fraud for profit.

Him and his team have helped MANY of my real estate clients including Conventional, FHA, and VA home buyers as well as investor clients purchasing multi-family units with ease and promptness.
