This location is supposed to be open until noon on Saturday. I arrived at 10:30, and the door was locked. Very disappointed.

Said open on Saturday from 8:00-12-00 but no one’s there when patient had made appointment! Will go somewhere else for Quest lab services. Will not recommend to anybody.

Friendly don't listen to other reviews if you walk in you do kiosk and it tells you wait time . You can make an appointment also . But if walk in it will text you when it's time come in an that's reason people walk in because text tells you too when your next in line . People always want to make excuses well everyone has health issues your not only one . An ur not only one fastening. Most negative reviews don't understand how the system kiosk works an don't understand how it texts you when your next in line. This place always been friendly . if ur walk in wait ur turn .

Horrible experience, My husband will be going to a different lab next time. Staff are not friendly at the front desk. He had to wait 2 plus hours on top of fasting and being diabetic so he already had the shakes when he left the house, then to get there to find out the wait was super long. I could hear the employee's in the back laughing and having a good time while customers are waiting a very long time in the lobby. I will be making a complaint to higher up of this facility. They need to be focused on the patients and be friendly with co-workers on breaks/lunches. Not when there are high wait times and patients to be helped. Management should be ashamed of there employee's and their selfs as to much chatting and laughing going on in the back while there is plenty of work to get done.

I've been there twice now and they refuse to take my blood because they refused to check with my doctor on my paperwork to make sure it's correct before I arrive do not go to this place I would not send my dog there for blood work

I take my clients there and the people have always been nice. If you have an appointment you are usually in and out pretty quick.

The worst medical experience I’ve ever had. My doctor’s office requested several specific enzyme levels be tested in my blood. I had their written request in hand. Shouldn’t be that hard right? The phlebotomist doing the test had to print the labels for the different vile’s at least 3 times and clearly didn’t get it right. My doctor didn’t receive ANY of the requested information. None. It was the wrong test. How do you do that? Then! When I tried to get in touch with Mid America there wasn’t one person I could talk to that knew anything. Not one of the three people could tell me what happened. Or if they did have the results but didn’t send the right info to my doctor. Which is what I was hoping for. One guy couldn’t even find me in their system. Each one had to give me a different phone number to try. After 2.5 hours on hold and a trip to the location to try and talk to someone... I finally just quit trying to find out what happened. I had to get another lab request form from my doctor and start over at a different lab. Pitiful experience. I went there because I was trying to save my insurance company some money by going to a discount lab. It’s apparent you get what you pay for. Don’t go to this place if you don’t have to.

Wait of over 2 hours as of this minute. No human interaction, just a kiosk. Finally got someone on the phone who could not give us an estimated wait. We left without being seen by anyone. Waste of time and preparation.

I made an appointment over a week ago and was in there waiting room for 45 minutes this morning while the lady called in people before me that came in after meAt least at LabCorp you don't have to make an appointment you just walk in so I left in the staff was not very friendly and not smiling at all.

They keeping sending a bill to me , l tried to talk to someone and they never answer the phone ,i been through the incident with them several gave them information and they stii send me a bill i really think they get on sending thoses bill s its a form of control . I have 2 ins cards the insurance will pick the difference. This is the only way for a responses and they don't care they won't even bother. Thats i like QUEST LAB better they answer their phones

I'm giving one star since 0 isn't an option. I've been coming to this lab location for years. As someone who has complete anxiety over blood draws, I like the Saturday hours so that I can take anti-anxiety medication prior to my visit and then do nothing the rest of the day. I'm one of those who leaves the bandaid on until the next morning. Upon my last visit, I arrived and didn't realize they now take appointments. The waiting room was ridiculously long, but I couldn't waste my medication because I only get enough for the number of draws I need per year. I was called back and kept my eyes closed as the paperwork was completed, as I've done every other visit. Little did I know this was the worst mistake ever. Lab was completed and I was on my way. As a week passed and I still didn't get results from my doctor, I called to find out why they hadn't been released. They indicated that I never had them done. I called the lab (main office as nobody answers the actual lab location) and after multiple calls, calls not returned, no success in getting through to the lab, I showed up to their location. After reviewing their records, they did see I'd been there, that a collection was taken and that the specimen was thrown away because it had not been labeled! Nobody had ever called me to tell me this. Once they knew, a manager never called to apologize. I absolutely won't be back to this location!
