I had an incident last weekend where my mother in law was rear ended in my car by another driver. He became difficult and did not give us any insurance info. Samantha helped us out tremendously. She was very helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend them! Michael Heineman has always been very helpful as well!

Mike spent an hour with me explaining many details of insurance; car, life, homeowners, umbrella policies, and financial information as well. He and his office staff are always friendly and willing to help in any way possible. I appreciate Mike's knowledge and his pleasant personality.

My Husband Doug & I are very Proud of the service received here! Michaels Office is HANDS DOWN the BEST! Vera was awesome with reaching out to begin with and getting me updated quotes. Julie was perfect and making sure I got directed to the right person who could help me! Samantha did a perfect job explaining my current insurance as well as replacement versus Actual Cash Value insurance. Mary was very helpful with RV insurance! & FINALLY, Michael was very knowledgeable with our follow up appointment & Discussing Life insurance! :) I appreciate all of his staff in making sure I was well taken care of! RECOMMEND ENTIRELY!

I have been with Michael and his agency for 2.5 years and have had great experiences. We have talked with him and the office multiple times and always had our questions answered timely. Michael spent time with each kid with a teen driver meeting. Very helpful.

Just like the previous review, Michael doesn’t take accountability and responsibility for communicating with his clients. I emailed him directly for a quote since I have many other policies with him. He disappeared after giving me a quote. He didn’t tell his team or me that he was going to be out of the office. So I waited and waited. He gets back to me two days after and asked why I didn’t call the office because he was out of the office. How was I supposed to know he was out of the office? He disappeared again and didn’t respond to email. He was unprofessional did want to accept his error and blamed me for not calling his office. Like really? I’m in contact with the owner and he stops responding so I should try and track him down to get my insurances?I asked for a transfer of agents and he calls me and ask me why am I changing agents? I told him the reason why but, just like the other client said he became condescending and snarky. There are tons of agents out there, pick one that will take care of you. This agent won’t do that.

I was with Michael for about 2 years before switching. There were many small things that led to me leaving, mostly unreturned phone calls and always being the one to follow up. The last straw was with problems getting a simple $150 tow reimbursement. In the 20 years I have had SF, I have submitted only 2 claims (different agent) and had no problem so I assumed getting this done would be easy. I went through all the proper channels and did exactly what his employee told me to do (which ended up being me not getting a tow for nearly 24 hours, but that is not entirely his fault), but Michael later informed me that that info was inaccurate and that employee was no longer there. Instead of honoring what his employee told me, he quibbled over what ended up being $50 for nearly 6 months. He became very snarky and ugly when this issue came up. I'm fine paying $50 to be rid of him. If you talk to anyone in his office, get it in writing because he has made clear he does not stand by the word of those representing his business. His condescending tone, lack of accountability, and inability to communicate in a timely manner are reasons I left and would not recommend him. He is nice enough when you are the one paying, but wait until you need help.

I started calling StateFarm just for a quote on a travel trailer. After talking with Samantha Levell, I found out I am spending double for renters and vehicle insurance at USAA. Will definitely be calling back to switch everything to StateFarm. Samantha was extremely helpful with going over all paperwork and making sure everything was correct!

We switched a few months ago from Farmers insurance to here and they were able to save us over $1,000 a year! We recently sold one of our vehicles and are looking into buying a new one and Michaela has been awesome at pricing out the different vehicles insurances for us to compare! She is also good at telling us different things we can do to lower our insurance monthly like the drive and save app. I would reccomend them! Very friendly and always willing to take the time to answer our questions.
