Best deal in wireless! I needed a new phone and with my service I had to pay full price. So I went to metro and received amazing service from Estefani! She gave me a discount on my screen protector and case and also helped set up my email! She is the best! I got the phone I wanted for free! The Samsung A54 5g a $500 phone! Plus the data speeds are excellent! Thanks Estefani!!!

Sometimes getting a phone can be a hassle other times it can be stressful. Customer Service training should include body language skills. It would greatly help those in need of a phone for whatever reason. I did get what I needed, but I left feeling unappreciated as a long term customer I didn't hesitate to smile and try to hold a valid conversation. However, the rep was not interested in much they just looked miserably sad and I felt ? they weren't happy which changed my mood as well.

I don't know why these people who work there are not helpful, been a customer for 2 years looking for an upgrade but don't have 400.00 to put down on a phone. Juan and John both was so discouraging on using the third party system where you pay off your new phone month to month. This should be encouraging and helpful for people that don't have that kind of money to put down on a new phone. Don't call the customer service line they are not helpful at all. They want you to go in the store and talk to someone and that's what I did and got nowhere. Thanks for nothing!
