Michelle is THE BEST! I am not an easy cut either, I'm very particular in how I want it cut. She listens to exactly what you want and asks clarifying questions to make sure you get what you want. And the atmosphere is warm and cozy!

I tried calling them and someone would pick the phone up and immediately hang up. If they didn’t have the time to answer the phone they should have sent me to voicemail. That is horrible customer service. I would give them a zero star if I could
