Ryan is supposed to be the store manger and has the worst customer service ever! Worst 20 minutes of my life dealing with him, no way they put him in charge of that store!

I used to really like Meijer , but now Ill never patronize the one in Greenwood again . I found it completely unacceptable that with lines running down the aisles , and older people who don't do self checkout that only one register was open . Lots of employees , but nobody being used to check out customers . It's Christmas , and you refuse to check out people with carts full of items . Upon leaving , I was asked by a woman at the door to show my receipt . You refuse to check people out , but expect me to prove I'm not a thief by complying with a receipt check , when I'm leaving the store . No thanks ! She was randomly checking some people , and I'll never return to a store that's ran this bad . I don't steal , and I'll spend hundreds of dollars at a store that will ring up my groceries . You've lost my business , and hopefully more people get enough !

Worked at Meijer before, shopped this store since I was a kid. Never really had any complaints. Many of the staff go above and beyond. The rest seem to just do their job well.

Here's the deal. Meijer is the best priced grocery store in Greenwood. Meijer also has a nice assortment of brands but is not overwhelming. That's all that's good. Customer service is almost non existent. Employees standing by the doors rarely look up for their cell phones to say hi. Meijer also has a lot of self check outs and maybe one regular check out open. My second time trying to use this I was accused of stealing a .45 piece of hardware. I had actually scanned it twice by mistake. The accusation was clear and they pulled up a video of my scan. I complained to no avail. Meijer does not care about customer satisfaction. I load my cart and then unload it at the checkout scan my own groceries only to reload my groceries unload them again into my car, take them home and unload them again. I have no training on grocery scanners and have no desire to learn. I don't work for Meijer and don't want to but with the work they put me through to shop in their store, THEY SHOULD BE PAYING ME!

I rarely review grocery stores, but I wanted to mention the service I got yesterday from the employee working the self serve check out area. None of the big boxes stores have self serve check out machines available to handle multiple scans of the same item which I think is a huge flaw. I buy cat food by the case so three cases makes for 72 scans of the exact same item. A regular cashier employee can enter in the quantity and do one scan, why can't we or why can't the employee working the self serve check out area? I asked the employee working the self serve and she said she could not. I had 30 items, all the same, in flimsy cellophane wrapping which can be challenging at times to get a good scan. She didn't think it would work but tried using the hand held scanner to repeatedly scan one item 30 times. It worked for us, so thank you Meijer for helping me get checked out quicker and with no frustration.I do like the "department store" side of these big box grocery stores. In addition to the regular non grocery store items they offer, I have found some good merchandise not normally seen in other stores of this kind. I also find a tad better quality of merchandise as well. Particularly when it comes to kitchen and home furnishings. Their hardware inventory is larger than their competition.

So grocery shopping is not my favorite thing. In fact if I listed my top 1000 favorite things, grocery shopping wouldn't make that list. But it's a necessity and Meijer makes it as nice as possible. Store is always well stocked (except pandemic but who can blame them) aisles are wide so even if they are restocking it's still easy to get around. Lots of self check out kiosks as well as staffed lanes, so if I make it during off hours, checking out is quick and easy. My experience with the staff assisting self check out lanes has also been very positive. Cause sometimes things on sale don't ring up right, but when that happened today the person was so quick to help me fix it.

This Meijer location is my go-to for weekly groceries. The customer service is great for the most part and people are friendly. Like any other grocery store, there are times where the produce isn't always stocked or fresh but overall you can find what you're looking for here.

This store is continuously becoming more and more like Walmart. December 22 and only 5 lanes open. 8 closed. People standing in lines over 50 feet long ncluding self checkout. Pathetic customer service to say the least.

I love this store!! I live 2 minutes away so I'm always there. I never have issues finding products, every employee I've talked to has been really nice. The store is always clean and the prices are reasonable. I get my dogs medicine from the pharmacy and have had great experiences with the pharmacy employees as well. Meijer is definitely my go-to store for everything!!

I was in the greenwood,in 46142 store this morning. I waited over 10 minutes after a broadcast message for help in dairy, still no one came. Was wanting eggs that were not where I could get them, but could see them directly behind. I went into the worker area behind, after at least 10 minutes after the 'help in dairy' was heard. Found several associates and they all ignored me. I walked up to one associate and asked for help. His response was I'm not in dairy and cannot help. Finally, one associate came to stock cream cheese. Never came to help. I walked over to her and she totally disregarded my verbal requests for help. I had to knock on her cart to get her attention. Finally, she actually went it the back and brought out 4-5 dozens of the eggs I wanted! The customer service and product stocking has been lacking for a longtime at this store. Eve before Covid etc, I was wanting some on sale rib roast, none in the case, but I could see some behind the glass, asked the meat counter for one. I was told flat out I could not have one,they were for tomorrow! Sorry, I'm here today.
