My husband and I were looking for a mattress, so we decided to check out Mattress Superstore on 31 (next door to Ashley Furniture). We walked in the store and heard the door chime go off (ding dong). One foot in the door and I smelled tobacco. The tobacco smell was quite pungent! I don't know who was smoking in that store, but it's nasty!! As we took a few more steps in the store, my husband noticed a guy asleep on a mattress!! Yes, that is correct.....the employee was sound asleep on one of the mattress against the wall! He was so sound asleep that we heard him snoring!! Obviously the door chime did not wake him up when we walked in. My husband and I both turned around and left the store in shock! The door chime went off again as we walked out, I have no idea if that woke up that employee??? We got into our car and left to head over to another mattress store to make a purchase. This store is sketchy as all get out!

Have been by the store several times, it's rarely open. Even saw an employee/employees in the store, they just stayed in the back. Bought at Longs instead. I was referred by a satisfied customer, shame I could never catch them open.

ON 7/29/2023 I WAS LOOKING FOR A MATTRESS DID NOT WANT TO SPEND MORE THAN $5000. I WENT SHOPPING AROUND AND DECIDED TO TRY THIS STORE OUT. THERE WAS ONLY ONE PERSON WORKING AS THE GUY PROCEEDED TO SHOW ME THE MATTRESSES THIS STORE HAD AVAILABLE. I SAID TO THE SALESPERSON "I DONT LIKE IT" HE SHOUTED "YOU DON'T LIKE WHAT" THE TONE OF HIS VOICE WAS AGGRESSIVE AND ANGRY. I REALIZED THAT THIS PERSON WAS PROBABLY UNSTABLE. I SAID TO HIM " I WILL GO TO ANOTHER STORE" HE STOMPED HIS FOOT AND SAID " YES JUST LEAVE." I POLITELY WALKED OUT OF THE STORE". I WENT ACROSS THE STREET TO VALUE CITY WHERE THE PEOPLE WERE FRIENDLY. I WAS ABLE TO BUY A MATTRESS, BOX SPRING AND NIGHT STAND FOR BELOW MY $5000 BUDGET. I WOULD JUST LIKE TO SAY TO THAT SALES PERSON ,"IF YOU DONT LIKE YOU JOB FIND ANOTHER ONE"

on 7/29/2023 i went in this store. it was only one guy working. he was very rude to another customer.. so i waited until he finished with her. i asked him to show me a mattress. he responded "can you give me a minute." i left the store. this guy had some serious issues. i will tell everyone about this store and the rude customer service. after reading the reviews i noticed that the owner responds to the good reviews but there is no response to the complaints. that says a lot about this business and the customer service... i will pass the word.

After a very long stressful day, I came into the store about 15 minutes before closing. Doug was very patient and polite as he spent the next hour and a half helping us find our new mattress. Even with it being so long after he should have been able to leave for the night. His customer service was great. The store was very clean and smelled amazing. He patiently took amazing detailed care of us as he found us the perfect mattress for our needs. I would recommend the Mattress Super Store completely for all of your mattress needs. Thanks Doug. !!!

Travis was absolutely amazing! I had taken both of my young kids to find a mattress for my oldest. He was so sweet and patient with them. I'd had a really rough day and already stressed to begin with. His customer service made my day! I would 100% recommend this store when shopping for a mattress!

We ordered a brand new mattress and what was delivered was a USED floor model only mattress. It had the tag on it that says floor model only!!!!! He refused to make it right!!!!!
