I've been going to Madison for any hair needs (for me & my son) and have only had good experiences. Shes done everything from a trim to an all day all over redo from black to light. Shes always been upfront with her opinions on my options, on her prices and what my hair needs at the time. I've always left with exactly what I wanted and feeling great about my hair! The shop is always welcoming and the other girls are always so nice when I come in for my appts with Madison.

I went in for a root touch up and madison ruined my hair. I did end up getting my money back, but during that process I asked to talk to the salon manager and she said there was no manager to talk to, so I have no clue how they can call this a salon! I am noticing more and more breakage because madison overlapped by like 2 inches!!!!!! I only had 1/2 inch of growth. She also made the top of my head lighter than the rest of my head, and made my hair completely yellow when I asked for an icy color. She offered to correct it but she literally fried my baby hairs to the touch and fixing it would have been making it darker (to her) which I expressed from the very beginning that I didn’t want darker. I don’t even want to leave the house. She has a very rude know it all attitude, I tried every way possible to get ahold of the two woman that own the salon but madison never would let that happen. Full disclosure I did receive my money back, but now here is my review: I would never recommend going to see Madison or really anyone at this place. I told Madison as she was bleaching my roots that she was over lapping, she kept saying she wasn't. I took pictures!! she obviously was and she also fried my baby hairs to the touch . Now I have banding and didn't even get the color I wanted I couldn't believe she let me walk out with straight yellow hair. When I originally called, I asked to talk to the salon manager, she said that they were not a salon and all work as independent contractors. I don't know how that is true if on their Facebook page, they say they are hiring and provide vacation time. She was also very rude the entire appointment, and when I called about her messing up my hair. And I actually think that she messed up my hair on purpose because I told her she was overlapping. Madison is very much a know it all but needs to go back to school!!

My stylist of 10 years quit so I went to Lux in March 2023 for a trim and was helped by Madison. I asked to her much it would cost to touch up my highlights and she said $90 and made my appointment for May 2023. I have very subtle highlights and showed her 4 pictures of myself of how my old stylist did them. I was very clear that the highlights remain subtle. I went to my appointment in May expecting to be there for maybe an hour and a half - I showed her the pictures again and reiterated the highlights should be subtle. I was there over 3 hours. It was a total nightmare. Part way through she blew out another customers hair and then came back and checked the left side and said she had to get the foils out of the left side immediately. She rushed me to the sink and rinsed that side and finished the right. When she rinsed that she began conferring with someone in the back room and then told me I needed a toner. I have never in my life had a toner in my hair. Long story short by the time she was done my hair was blond all over and looked like I had it colored blond and not highlighted. I have never in my life had my whole hair colored. My hair now feels like straw and is ruined and now I am going to have “roots” as it grows out. I have always had gorgeous hair and Madison ruined it! She could tell I was in a state of shock and kept telling me how great it was and then opened the blinds and said Lighting is everything.Then, to add insult to injury when I went to pay she charged me 155.00. I said Madison you told me 90.00 and she said it was 155 but I did not have to tip her. I was so shocked I just paid it and left. So on top of ruining my hair she is also unethical and charged 65 more than she told me.My advice to anybody - do not let Madison touch your hair. Do not go to this place - not to mention that she lied to me on the price. At no time in this 3 hour ordeal or before she started did she tell me that it would cost more than the 90 she quoted me. If there was an option to give 0 stars I would. Run - away from this place. Ethics are very important to me and besides being a horrible stylist Madison has no ethics.Service: Hair highlighting

Heather Y. Is my stylist and she is amazing. She is always on time and doesn't keep me waiting. I've been told many times how natural my hair color looks by friends and family that know I get it colored. She is terrific at her job! Ok the worse my hair was colored an orange on top a black on bottom.... Supposed to be a soft brown . After hating it I called once a week for two weeks to get a return call. So we did it again. More orange and black. Worse than before so after spending the 100$ plus on their shampoo ect to help ugly hair dead ugly hair, she said maybe it's my meds.... I had colored before is was perfect. Now a month and half later I'm paying for consultations to correct and it will be 200$ plus when I get done on Thursday. My hair is falling out it's been so upsetting day after day so great job! Never go there unless you want to talk to the cliche' girls that work there or have to wear a hat everyday. You know who you are. Why put people through this learn another trade.

Always completely satisfied with my experience at Luxe349. If I was to summarize my experiences in just a few words, it would be: integrity, caring, safe/clean, and fabulous.I've been a client of Priscilla for over 10 years and have moved with her from her days in the Franklin salon to her co-ownership at Luxe349. She is extremely talented in this profession and is an incredible person. I still remember the very first time I met her and she fixed my hair mess (clearly shouldn't have ever dyed my own hair lol). From that day forward, I couldn't imagine ever going to a different stylist. Her and all the staff continue their education and stay up to date with the latest trends and techniques. I always love when Priscilla asks to do a new technique with my hair color or cut. She is a master hair colorist and always makes my hair look healthier. I typically get stopped at least once anytime I go anywhere because people love how professional my purple hair color looks. I never hesitate to refer a family member, friend, or complete stanger to Luxe349. Priscilla is always good at getting me rescheduled when my schedule changes. There have been many times when she would work late (past 9:30 pm) to do my hair.The business facility is clean, professional and modern; including WiFi for customer use. They have a lot of great products to choose from and offer advice on what styling products would be best for your hair type. During the COVID pandemic, the owners implemented appropriate safety precautions that followed CDC and local government guidelines in order to keep staff and clients safe. The business continues to follow CDC and local government guidelines as mask mandates have been lifted. I have always felt safe and cared for at Luxe349.Services: Hair coloring

First time and had Madison. She kept saying that I didn’t make sense and my hair couldn’t be cut like that…I had a picture!! I have had the cut before. I should have got up and left when she said “let’s get shampooed anyway”! So I ended up with an old lady cut that looks like a football helmet. She seems to be nice, but a little bit “know it all” and doesn’t listen!!!Services: Haircut

Got Madison is my stylus first time visit. I had a picture and explain to her how I wanted my haircut. She said this was not possible that the bottom of my hair had to be shorter than the top that is not what I wanted at all. That was also not what the picture showed it was a long s*** where are the layers on top of the shorter. She stated that this could not be done and that she did not understand me. Then she said let's get sham food anyway. I should have got up and walked out then to my mistake I did not. Now I have an old lady haircut that looks like a football helmet. Madison seems nice but very much I know it all and no one can tell me anything please beware.

Tory LeMasters is my stylist and she is very good at her craft. I recommend her highly, and her abilities to give great cut every single time is appreciated! She makes me smile with her ideas, my highlights and fun loving attitude she always displays.
