The staff was incredible! Helpful and completely vested in our experience. I even called once I received the couch pieces and they walked me through the entire setup. They were kind upbeat friendly and helpful. Melanie is the staff I worked with most. Can not praise enough!

While I wish the showroom at BestBuy had more options to compare since the product is pricey, the actual purchasing and delivery was very quick. Love the product and my daughter is very happy with her new MovieSac.
